  1. Been using PIA VPN - PrivateInternetAccess for close to 8 years now. Have tried others like ExpressVPN and NordVPN, but I keep going back to PIA VPN for the ease of use, and reliability. Their app from the last two years has a built-in kill switch, where if the VPN drops, it'll cut off internet to your device. Great feature so you don't leak any data over public internet. My other go to that I use in unison with PIA VPN is Brave Browser (like Google Chrome, without all the Google bits). I set my browsing history/cache/cookies to delete when I quit the app. This way my browser is clean every time I open it up and don't have to worry about cached content.
  2. Watched this recently as well and the flight scenes were awesome on the big screen. My only complaint was that for a movie released in 2022 (delayed a bit due to COVID), they couldn't come up with some other excuse not to use the F-35 (re: GPS). I get that a lot of the info was likely classified, but it would've been nice to see more footage of these next-gen fighter jets. Great movie though, and my partner enjoyed it as well, even though they haven't watched the original.
  3. There's no doubt that BEV (battery electric vehicles) are great. Full of the latest tech (all the sensors of accident/collision avoidance, and self driving (not a fan)) and amazing performance compared to the equivalent priced ICE (internal combustion engine) vehicle. Long trips, ICE wins for now unless you bought into the Tesla ecosystem with their network for Superchargers. Otherwise most owners can make do with standard 110v charging at home at the end of the day. It's cheap to get an electrician in to upgrade to 220v as well. But like everything else right now, EVs are hard to come by. Where I'm located, the local Hyundai dealerships are quoting a delivery date of 2025 for their Ioniq5 EV. It was already mentioned earlier, but why by a car now and take delivery in 3 years, when there will be newer BEVs with newer tech at the time. You wouldn't put down a deposit on an iPhone 13 right now to receive it in your hands when the iPhone 16 is being announced. Crazy world we live in.
