someguy 67067 Report post Posted December 1, 2016 I'm talking about chicken. Half my family likes the breast and the other half including me like the leg or dark meat. I find the breast a bit dry and tasteless and prefer the dark meat which has more flavor and taste. I also like the skin. My sister inlaw is from NewFoundland, her and her sisters fight for the neck bone. Which is good too, I use it for the gravy. Reddog01 30280 Report post Posted December 1, 2016 I like it all. I use the BBQ most of the year and cook the chicken that way with different sauces which keeps it moist. If using the oven, I season the chicken and I cover it for most of the cooking until near the end to brown it up. It is juicy if not over cooked.
