I've never had the need to use any although I've often wondered just what aspect of the experience these things enhance. I went to my doctor and asked but I told him the dead truth, I can last 1 maybe 2 hours on the outside but that is it, after several hour of rest maybe again for another 1 or so. I just want to have them available to be able to have extended fun for 4 to 6 hours at one time, my doctor did not fell the medical need for them and will not percribe drug just for recreation. they seemly do not do that........Cannot blame them really could be a lot of side effects if miss used, oh well not a big deal. In the past there have been the odd lady that I knew darn well that tis was the only time that I was going to get them in bed and it sure would have been really nice to be able to extend the fun and make it really memorable time.
