I know I love a good massage! And as much as I love touch, not everyone has the touch I need.

i am very picky!

what makes up a good massage for you? Especially with a companion!

Feel free to share some details about the best massage you have ever had!

please be mindful of not over sharing💜 out of respect for the masseuse!

A good massages requires a basic understanding of the client/patient's needs and physical condition. Even when someone is healthy, inquiring about their medical history and suggesting customized services can make a big difference.

Nothing worst than rushed repetitive services.

a few questions I always start with

do you have any allergies?
do you have any current injuries?
do you have any past injuries?
do you have any other concerns?

I am not sure what you mean about repetitive though. Massage is repetitive.

you also cannot assume someone is healthy based off a surface level assessment - myself for example am chronically ill & am told all the time how great I look, how well I care for myself, how "healthy" I eat etc

When you meet someone with limited skills, experience and techniques and no matter what you ask for, will give the same basic massage ignoring everything you mentioned before the session.

Well massage is a skill. And it is a learned one. And theres a level of risk to massage. As it deals with the musculoskeletal systems.

This is why I lovr masssge so much. It feels like a language I have learned

I love when clients give me massages. The better ones are aware that women tend to be more sensitive than men since we tend to have less muscle so they don't go too hard. I think the major thing (as in most things in life) is communication!!
