Unless they changed things there's no legal sex work in Clark county, you have to go outside if you're looking for any legal companionship. Otherwise, dancers, how many days do you have... I was just enjoying a beer watching the fountains at the Bellagio and she walked up to me and struck up a conversation. Ended ip have a great time!
