If it's someone that's new I on many occasions will check other sites as there may be some negatives that would not be permissible here. This is particularly true when the provider is new or has a limited presence on CERB. I am pretty easy and a long time member of the board, but on one instance burned by one lady on this board, and it's pretty hard to express that feeling except through PM. I know that other boards can be very blunt and at times outright nasty, but as a provider if you provide good service it really doesn't matter where the reviews or recommendations appear. The wider the discussion on Cerb, the greater the overall traffic attracted. The more traffic, the more exposure enjoyed by all providers who maintain a presence here on Cerb. Also, providers often make the decision to join Cerb after members have discussed their virtues here, and after clients who are cerbites have told the provider - "I heard about you on Cerb". Back in my earlier time on CERB there were posts have you seen this lady from CL, or this lady from another site etc etc. To me I thought recommending/reviewing ladies from other sites was not so much an issue of promoting non CERB ladies, but a case of escort sites not affiliated with CERB benefiting from CERB...if that makes sense But as has been explained, and explained to me then, this is a recommendation board, not just for recommending CERB SP's/MA's, but all SP's/MA's And just maybe a guy will see that gem of an SP/MA who isn't on CERB, and will then encourage her to join our community Don't worry Cristy, question isn't harsh, actually seems reasonable to me RG 1 Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
stevecurious 42059 Report post Posted February 20, 2012 I have no issue with other members inquiring about ladies from other sites, boards, etc. I will agree that seeing the "has anyone met..." threads gets a little tiring after awhile but I would not say I have issue with them. Heck I am not much for funny cat threads but I acknowledge that they exist, others enjoy them and since they aren't violating Cerb rules they are allowed to exist. As with all threads that don't "float my boat" I have a right and ability to simply not read them and/or respond to them. This is true but Cerb is a place where customers of both Sears and Eatons can discuss or recommend the sales at either or both stores. If you catch my drift... Having said that, we have some awesome personalities in the ladies on here and the chance to interact with them and get to know them means that I am more than likely to patronize them rather than an unknown quality. The ladies on here spend time and money in order for us to get to know them and I appreciate that fact. If there is an unknown out there that others are interested in, I'd love for those ladies to join the site and become a part of the family. If I don't meet someone from here, I'll have to do a bunch of homework, for sure. Cristy, I know where you're coming from. Certainly, in Ottawa, Toronto and Montreal, there are a plethora of escort related sites, but in the Maritimes, Cerb is pretty much the only board with a lot of activity.
