Same here, have to agree with mod on this one. If he starts tolerating this type of behavior then CERB will be simply like other boards. The idea is to have an SP friendly board which not only means hobbiest being most respectful of our member ladies but the ladies respecting each others as well.

Happy holidays to all!

Just a general observation - as a customer, no matter what the business, I don't want to be dealing with business representatives who are rude, arrogant or nasty. I've found the well-established independent escorts to be uniformly friendly, courteous and professional. You can guess where most of my business goes.

So, I read the whole thread (a good "up and down" read). I was swayed one way and then back the other. Having the Mod's info certainly clarifies the why and reinforces the rules. The "expression in witing" exercise was very interesting and perhaps should be read by new members as it gives people good information about the process here and about how this cerb Board and this dialogue works. Thanks to all of the senior contributors. I learned a lot from the discussion and may write a novel or a screen-play about the incident. I suppose it could end up on "Law and Order - SVU" ("names chaged to protect the innocent"). I hope no one out there takes me seriously. I don't want to get "booted" for breaking a rule;-)

Thanks again everyone!

I have to give MOD a big thank you for clarifying the situation. He didn't have to but its greatly appreciated. I agree with him. There is a time and place for everything. No need to run someones name in the ground for personal issues on this site. Doesn't mean she would have done that to everyone. We never really know the true story/circumstances. I have to say a job well done to our MOD! Your work and time is greatly appreciated.

The unfortunate situation in today's society people are always braver to hide behind words scripted in emails,or in this sense on someone profile. If people cannot stick to the rules, don't bother joining here, or if you can't write something in a pm or email pick up the phone.

I have warned Jessica (PK) many times for starting fights with other ladies on ...

WHY PEOPLE GET BANNED

When someone is banned from the board it is because they broke the rules. I usually give 1 warning and then up to 3 infractions depending on the severity and circumstances. After the first 3 infractions they are banned for at least 3 weeks, if they come back on the site after the suspension and do the same thing again I usually ban them permanently but at this time it is only a 6 month ban but this will be the VERY last time as next time it will be a permanent ban for them as I am fed up with it. If when I give them the initial warning or a infraction if they reply back with a big "Screw You" letter to me I simply remove them at that point immediately as they are obviously a little mentally challenged.

No one has a right to slander or fight with any other member on this site. I will NOT tolerate it and it does not matter WHO the member is that is causing the problem or how well that member is liked.

I have a hot head from time to time, and I have had my comments deleted or edited at times by the Mod, imagine what an ass I would look like if he was not keeping me civil! Thanks for always being there Mad, and yes the rules apply to everyone.

Jess and Jason are in the same boat, most of us won't see the stupid comments because the Mod has removed them so we will remember them for the good things they have contributed, if the Mod left all the nonsense we would just think of them as childish as well.
