d*mm*y 887 Report post Posted February 5, 2009 Is it just me or is there a bunch of SP's now called Brooke and Nicki and a few other duplicates out there, I guess I am surprised by the number of duplicate names used especially with the number of unique names available!! So I thought we could compose a list of names not used that we found interesting? I like Bianca and Porsche, I also like Patrice and Sanji. In a more classic genre I like Morgan and Rebeka. Any other ideas?? Please just no more Brooke or Nicky or Emma etc... and some names are so unique they have defined a service level not just a woman i.e. Paige and Ava and yet they have been duplicated in name here on this board (just keeps guys like me confused, ya I'm simple what can I say) Oh there are differences, add a last name, throw on an adjective like sweet or petite (tasty is a good one :) ) or some math equations like 22 or 69. I like em simple, or fun. Some of my favourite unique names on cerb right now are Amy (who would of thought!! not taken) and soccermum (great descriptive handle Suzie!!) On occasion, someone new will come in with a name they have chosen and discover that is is already in use, but most of the time, it is an attempt to cash in on someone else's reputation/notoriety. The best defense is to have a combination name. Single names are too easily excused as an accident. Nearly all travelling SPs have a double name for that reason. They work hard to establish a reputation and have to come into many cities where their chosen single name may lready be in use, and not necessarily by someone they want to be associated with. When I see an add by someone who has obviously chosen a name already in use, I stroke them off my list. I figure if they are tryng to cash in on someone else's reputation instead of building their own, they are probably not worth seeing anyway. Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I really like PrettyPaige...again she is the only Paige with in my books. I really like the name Naomi, there is 2 that I can think of..1 is an SP the other an MP with CMJ..locally in Ottawa. I like this name "Marrissa the kissa" I like this name "Debbie to die for" I like this name "Orgasmic Olivia" ....just a quick 3 off the top of my head (my head on my shoulders):smile: BTW other ladies named Brooke or Paige please do not take offence, I just have not had your pleasure. Popularity of names is predictable and it follows societal trends, this industry is no different. Sure it's confusing for the client but the girls tend to pick names based on what they find attractive, popular and sexy, most don't much more thought into their brand management. Just as years gone by there were many Ambers, Jades and Jennas you will see a rise in the number of Brookes right now. It follows the curve of the current trendsetters, as the celebs trickle in and out of fashion the girls will slowly adapt the names into popular subculture and the porn names are born. I do love your wit. :) Okay just for that I'll actually put forward a few names I favour, though to be honest I don't believe just putting out a name does much good. If one is trying to match a name to a person they'd really have to match the person and personal brand, however that rarely happens. Even the story of my own name, Kyra, is more of an accident where I am rather stuck with the name.
