Apparently lamb leg roast... my wife has told me to pop it in the oven...

Will be cooked with mint and probably covered in grape leaves to keep it moist.

Oh, and wine... must add red wine.

Tonight will be barbecued organic steak and organic corn on the cob followed by organic watermelon for desert

I spend the extra to eat organic when ever its available because I realize the more organic real food I buy the more organic real food that will be carried by the grocery store. and it sure makes a difference taste wise. I also have a large garden and grow lots of fresh organic vegetables.
