What is for supper tonight?

Recommended Posts

it was supposed to be hand breaded (and spiced) chicken thighs buried in onions, mushrooms, potatoes and covered in cheese... but we didn't have enough thighs so added some pork chops to the mix.

Left overs and perhaps some left unders...

My wife is in Toronto with friends partying up (girls night), so its just me and my 21 year old son at home.

had some chicken legs, some ground meat sauce, some cheese, some taco chips and a little bit of salad... I think my son's out so... its really just me and the computer tonight.

Supper last night consisted of a cup of tea just before midnight.... It would seem a tornado (aka my spouse) ransacked my kitchen and by the time I had it cleaned up after my meeting I did not have the energy nor desire to cook... I shall make up for it this evening.... ;)

mmmm yummy! Guess I should have come over for dinner eh ;)

Sounds delicious!!! I love beef tenderloin. Great idea!!!

I just had a turkey bacon club and some chicken noodle soup!!

It was pretty yummy, can't complain.

Nothing compared to my Italian cooking though ;)
