Horndog66 14104 Report post Posted April 21, 2013 You're obviously not a Winnipegger if you have to ask a question like that. Stick to the independent ladies, especially those who advertise on Escorts-Canada.

supertrucker 2007 Report post Posted April 21, 2013 Lol NONE!!! You got that right. With the kind of scratch your going to put out on the shit service of one agency girl you can set up a duo with two independents, who will provide good service. And you'll double the pleasure, double the fun.

Angus Podgorny 1361 Report post Posted April 22, 2013 Locally, we haven't had a good agency since the days of Executive Choice. They got busted!
Guest drhot69 Report post Posted April 26, 2013 In your opinion what would be the best agency in winnipeg? You're a new SP here, Payton. It sounds like you are considering working for a Winnipeg agency. Please don't. It will kill your rep, and worse I doubt you will like working for the local agencies. Try to become a good local independent; they are hard to get and if you provide good service you'll do well. You are quite young and likely need to be shown the ropes. IMHO, one of the more experienced traveling ladies may be able to give you good advice on how to get going and run your business. They are very good about offering advice and don't feel threatened by new competition. Just want you to get off on the right foot.
DeeperConnection 19567 Report post Posted April 26, 2013 In your opinion what would be the best agency in winnipeg? You don't want to work a winnipeg agency. They won't screen your clients and will take a very large percentage of your earnings. If you are looking for something safe and easy to get comfortable within this business I would recommend having a look at executive bath. They have a virtual tour that gives you an idea of the interior. I worked on and off there for several years. Management is strict but I do feel they want what is best for the girls, your uniform is a one piece bathing suit and you get to chill in jetted tubs, give massages and little happy endings. They aren't a FS establishment though some girls apparently break the rules. It's a good place to learn the clients, and get familiar with the industry without throwing yourself in head first. I found CERB had tons of info that helped me when I started as an Indie. I probably read the entire board 3 times at least.

Canadiansnowland 740 Report post Posted April 26, 2013 I've seen your pictures and I'm already interested. If you're patient and honest you'll do fine without an agency.
Studio 110 by Sophia 150333 Report post Posted April 26, 2013 WOWZERS!! sad to see such a hard time with good agency's in Winnipeg:( I know how it can be, there are gem's in agency's, but is tricky considering how many shady companies there seems to be for Winnipeg:( My hopes for your city is for someone to create an honest and reputable agency! I do think that done properly an agency can offer both provider and hobbyist the very best experience that this has to offer!
Guest A** L*** Report post Posted April 27, 2013 I'm going to be incredibly honest and careful how I word this comment to avoid offending any potential agencies that may be good in the peg (none that are consistent as far as I am aware, but coooooould be wrong). I'm going to try to stick to the positives of being an independent SP as to not offend any SP's working for one or an agency itself. The positives of being independent are: 1: You choose your own hours, if you have a career or job elsewhere you can do this on the side (agencies I'm aware of are usually night calls, and I do mean NIGHT, anytime....and you need to be ready to go!) 2: You actually can gain a reputation, not that I have a referral or recommendation posted publicly this far. (I know if the gentlemen who have seen me or regular men I see were to, they would be amazing reviews/recommendations. I do hope to get some at some point though!! Hint hint!! ) 3. YOU get to screen the men. You can decide who you want to see, if it's compatible and so forth. You know for certain IF the call has been screened to your comfort level. You also don't know what the manager said to the man/men waiting to see you. If only YOU are taking and screening the calls, you also know what was said and agreed upon. 4. You DON'T have a boss to answer to. It seems some are not overly kind. Odd way of running a business if you ask me. 5. Even if a gentleman or group of gentlemen (stag for example) LOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE you, you are not allowed to give out your number and make them your client. That part makes sense. Not good for the person running the show. HOWEVER if they want you again, they will only be able to ask for that 'blonde one' or that 'Asian' one, the petite one, the curvy one, etc....they may or may not get you, and you will never know they asked (unless you are available), and you won't likely be informed of the review either. 6. Not sure about other SP's, I know we like to have our men leaving satisfied (women/couples for those who offer that) but I LOVE LOVE LOVE getting a courtesy call, text or email later. That is not gonna happen with an agency unless the person/people call and you are available....even then, all you know, is obviously they liked you or they wouldn't have asked for you again... ----Not an expectation/requirement to make those calls. (For the gentlemen reading this, just saying when it happens, it's an extra special feeling!!) 7. Just a general tip...just like on this board, NO MATTER how disrespectful a txt or email or whatever can be. IGNORE it!!! Do NOT say anything to a rude call/text or email. Never know who may call you next...so NO MATTER how much you may feel like saying something...DO NOT!! 8. Last thing I can think of is have a DRIVER especially for home residence. If it's someone you know well, is a regular, maybe you won't need one....generally, just a safe thing to do...at least I think so. Hotels and what not are safer places to go without a driver in my opinion. If you scream, that will cause a lot of trouble if in a bad situation (best to screen REAL good to avoid that) Anyway, I have been in and out of this business for a pretty long time. Long breaks sometime, it's like riding a bike but things change that's for sure!! I still look at what other SP's do, the ones that I believe are similar to me anyway. I am at a point where I am taking this part of my life more as something I REALLY like to do and am taking more seriously because the men I see are ones I LIKE to see. It is enjoyable, does not feel like work in any way. I decided to be a low volume SP. That works for me. Everyone is going to make a different choice. And all that matters is whatever you decide is right for you....may take some time though. Point to above paragraph, no matter how long or new you are, always keep learning, learning the language, what type of SP do you want to be? LEARN LEARN LEARN if this is something you want to take seriously and a bigger part of your lifestyle...it will keep you safe and out of trouble. Anyway, sorry for the long speech, I KNOW there are other SP's which know A LOT MORE than ME....hobbiest's as well, and I still pay attention and want to know more!!! That was my novel!! LOL Xx
