I don't know if I'd call this "voyeurism", to me voyeurism means walking by a window and seeing something accidentally. Or watching a woman bend over and getting a peak of panty, or something like that. When people are just watching other people having sex, it's just watching live porn, no different than watching a movie vs. a play.

It would be pretty difficult to offer or schedule a service where the client would accidentally walk by and watch a couple have sex. In the context described within thus thread, voyeurism is a fantasy that is planned and arranged in advance.

 

The fantasy doesn't only include the act of watching, but also the act of performing. In this case you might call it exhibitionism, or you might call it bingo.

 

It's not a matter of terminology, it's all about enacting a fantasy and having fun, and it is. ;-)
