Instead of me starting a bunch more threads with silly questions I think I just want to ask them all at once before I make my travel arrangements.

 

1. Screening: Here in the states we take screening to a whole new level, is it needed and will asking to many personal questions cause gentleman to not want to see you.

 

2. Rates: You never want to price yourself out of the market what is the average rate for GFE providers in the Peg.

 

3. Accommodations: When I travel and I am staying an extended amount of time of at least a week I tend to stay with corporate housing instead of a hotel. Does that bother the gentleman. I like to be able to cook for my clients and be comfortable when I am somewhere for longer than two days.

Hello, how are you?

 

1) Screening in my opinion is very important to the SP's safety, and i mean you and the other person will share each other's naked body together or semi naked, you want to be at least comfortable with that person. Or find a connection, make sure they are clean, good hygiene, are sober etc.

 

For personal questions i guess that depends, but if they are true gentlemen then a simple no could suffice ( if its too personal) and move on to your next questions.

 

2) Rates, i am not sure the average as i am not a provider, but locally i usually see 1.5 for HH, then 2 or more for Hr. However, it is up to you how you want to price your sessions.

 

3) an in call is an in call, as long as it's clean, and a physical address then it's all good in my books :)

^^ 1. Screening in the US is a whole other thing, P, probably not what people in Win might be used to at all.

 

OP, if you have developed a good sense of a person's personality, behaviour, etc, while having a phone call and/or after emails and don't rely solely on getting two references, I think you will be OK. Because it is legal, you won't have to be that concerned about saving yourself from prosecution.

 

However, since you are not Canadian and basically plan to work without a work visa, you have to take care that your advertising isn't actually advertising your exotic origins. You can say new in town, but not new in country lol.

 

Let your advertising and website show what you do and don't do and how much everything is. When someone calls you, reconfirm and be assured that telling them what you do and don't do and how much you charge is completely legal. This will help with your screening, actually, you will tell them directly, they will ask you directly, it reassures both sides of what is going to be happening in session.

 

 

2. Rates, you should look around at back page, cerb, Escorts Canada, etc, for a range of rates. And compare what you do with what others charge, and anything else that might determine how a rate is worked out. i don't think rates vary that much for similar sps and similar services.

 

 

3. I don't think Canadian incalls are necessarily in hotel rooms, in fact some may not want to go thru the publicness of a hotel incall. I'd say an apartment style set up would be ideal, if you could find such a thing in Winnipeg. try airbnb.ca for possible accomodation?

 

 

For your chosen location, you should go read the discussion area and the recommendation areas. Also check out the New to This or Legal section of the main section. There are a lot of different topics and ideas that you might not have thought about.

 

 

One thing to note, do not bring any electronics with you that have anything escort related. Set up phone and laptop with basic generic emails and searches, because border security can check out everything to assure themeselves that you are not coming in to work, that you are not coming in to do something illegal, and/or that you are not coming in with the intention of never leaving. :)

Don't bring cellphones or computers across the border unless there is NOTHING in them related to your business.

 

Canada Customs probably won't look at them but US Customs most likely will. They can download the entire contents for later examination, and may not tell you.

Although not a gentleman from Winnipeg I'll through in my two cents worth.

1.Screening is used by a great many ladies up in Canada too. In fact now the ladies I see all have screening/verification requirements. I don't know about the Winnipeg community but I would guess some of the ladies there

employ screening too. I guess my point, don't worry about screening being something alien for us guys, if my experience is anything to judge by, we as clients have had to be screened before to see a lady and have no problems being screened again.

2. I would never tell a lady what her rate should be. Only you know the value of your time. Now for a guide if it helps, you can look at the Winnipeg sections of Escorts Canada and CERB, check the websites of the ladies in Winnipeg and see what their rates are and use that as a guide. Only one thing to consider, seeing as you are from the US, do you wish to be compensated in American $ or Canadian $

Actually a second thing to consider, I don't know how much you expect to make on your Canadian tour but if, I believe the amount is $10,000, if you have that much or more money you need to declare it going back into the States. Likewise Canada has some similar laws for those coming into Canada.

3. As far as accommodations go, although myself I'm an outcall type of guy, if a lady has a comfortable incall be it a hotel or condo or house you should be good

Ok, now that I've got that out of my system, your questions have been answered by a couple people already. I would just add that I believe that there is an escorts only section where you can discuss your potential clients in private. But like Kaylee said, make sure that your potential clients give you a name of a current active cerb member and as a hobbyist I would not be offended if you asked some of them about me. And if a hobbyist does get offended by that question, maybe you need to let that one find someone else.

 

Rate wise, what you charge in Vegas will probably a little steep for Winnipeg, but like already stated it is YOUR time that your are charging for!

This is a lot of great information. Thank you all for being so helpful. I normally carry my extra civilian job computer with me so it only has work stuff on it and tons of movies to keep me busy at night. I can't thank you all enough for being so helpful.
