To shave or not to shave

Recommended Posts

This is probably a fetish of mone, but I prefer women that don't shave.

It really turns me on to see a nice 'bush' whenever a woman undresses.

Any SP's out there, that still keep their hair or have everybody gone 'Brazilian' ?

I can relate. One of the first pornographic pictures I ever saw still stands out in my mind today -- it was of a woman lying back, her legs spread, and cum was laced through her bush.

But not everyone has a nice bush! Mine was always meh. And my friends seem to prefer shaved, so!

While I like either way on a guy, I know that lately I have had a real thing for nicely shaved balls. And I feel guilty for that because, man, it has to be hard to shave there!

I prefer very neatly trimmed, short and with very distinctive lines with no hair below the pubic bone area . A uncontrolled tangle is a turnoff.

As for your comment about shaving balls. Yeah its nerve racking to say the least. Lets just say it keeps you focused. However to me it is well worth it. I love the feeling after shaving. I originally did it for the ladies but I enjoy it myself ...well the result not the work.

I keep trimmed, so it's not going to floss your teeth, but it's still there.

As for gents, I prefer guys who are trimmed rather than shaved. I find that the stubble can cause a bit of irritation. But as a general rule, if your hair is longer than your johnson time to trim! ;-)

So we were playing around in the shower and while I normally trim down and shave my balls, last night I ended up shaving more then normal and then just didn't stop till it was all gone.

Quite the interesting sensation especially with a little lubricant slip sliding against her naughty bits.

Woke up this morning with a 5 AM shadow, I let it grow today and it's a little itchy, I'm wondering if I'll shave down tomorrow or let it grow in and deal with the stubble for the next few weeks.

I guess what I'm saying is that this is a big commitment guys so don't drink and shave.

Yeah, it's like shaving your head, it's a lot of work to keep it that way.

However, I've been shaving my balls and whatnot for probably 10 years now....you get into a routine. Sometimes I'll let it go for a week or so...I've only nicked the jewels twice in that time.

The trick if you're a dude is one of those Gillette Fusion Power razors. It's next to impossible to cut yourself with them. Any other type of razor down there, and through the blades, up came a bubblin' crude! Blood, that is. Haemoglobin.

Nick, you are not alone (that was how I felt two years ago before I conducted a poll and 20% responded that they prefer or strongly prefer unshaven ladies). I am like you and many other men are too. In fact after my post, several members PMed me to let me know they prefer it too.

To answer your question, if you like oriental ladies you are in real luck, as they are mostly unshaven. I frequently call oriental ladies (in spite of widespread B & S practiced by most agencies who represent them) because of my fetish. There are a couple of cerb ladies too who I believe trim but don't shave (see the attached links by CM).

Best of luck.

I am trimmed not shaved and sometimes receive requests to let it grow a bit.

I am still waiting for a few younger members who expressed an interest in coming to see me but are shy about seeing an older woman.

I'm here and ready to play anytime!:bjs:

Having been both, I prefer shaved.

But its not the look, its the feel. I love my men and women to be at least shaved/trimmed, as I love skin on skin contact. And hairless balls will keep me busy for a long time if allowed. Unfortunately some men are too sensitive to have much play there but I have yet to be told to not to.

Having several fetishes myself ;-), I have had the pleasure of participating in some pretty naughty balls activity, but prefer to treat with care.

Cultural changes over the years have added a fetish to the Community, in that some men love trimmed to full out forest pubic hair. I know Dom(me)s who have asked their Subs to grow their hair and I have a young friend who is constantly asking me which friends I have that aren't shaved. It totally gets him off and he's under 30.

Essentially both have become normal preferences (i.e. I'm a leg man, boob man, bushy pussy man).

After a sugery down there last yr i came home shaved and kept it that way for a few months liked it but SO did NOT! so in the interest of peace desided to go for trim instead...

I use a "body shaver" with a close guide and a beard trimmer .... works for me;)

Maybe I'll just keep a tuft at the top. But would it look silly if it was strawberry blonde and my hair was copper red?

Btw, does anyone have any tips for keeping the "Y" free of shave bumps? I don't get many but I dont like them and BumpStopper does nothing for me, but YMMV.

Yes, don't shave:).

I believe every lady would make herself suddenly more popular as 20% of men who strongly prefer the natural looking lady (like myself lol) would opt for the single lady who is natural looking:). I can not think of a single act that a lady can do to make herself so popular by such a large portion of population. Lol, the hair is grown there for a reason (as everything else in/on our bodies) to make the 'Y' look very sexy.

PS - This post reflects my personal views on the subject.

Hi loves,

I use an epilator to keep things smooth down there, it works great and you don't have to deal with stubble. You do have to be carefull of loose skin though, that's a mistake you don't want to make twice.

Thank you. You'd think I never did this, but having sensitive skin now I sometimes get them and I hate it. Thank you and I will try it.

Unfortunately hun it can look very sexy, but I find it just gets in the way for me. A tongue sliding up skin can make me jump a foot. Not so much with hair there.

I do see a resurgence of men and women liking the Y bush, and I'm happy to refer. On another social board I'm on, at the moment it is actually considered a fetish, rather than the norm. Its all perspective I guess.

I am willing to try a tuft or landing strip, just stay shaved below that.

 OMG November I tried an epilator once and almost went through a window! You are one tough lady!

Recently I bought the latest Playboy magazine (because I wanted to see the 3-D centerfold), it's my first magazine like this in at least 10 years or more. I was shocked to see the women were sporting hair down there! I thought smooth was the in thing....

Thank you Auntie Angie. Maybe you have known me too long. LMAO

And I just put the SpongBob one in one of my PlayLists.

Folks, just to be clear, these are metaphorical balls; I really don't own a set.

I think "was" is your operative here. It may be that the norm is turning around. Everything fluctuates and changes, especially in North American culture. Sometimes slow, most times stupid in the important cases.

Where women are concerned the norms for body type and dress and pubic hair (some early Egyptian cultures despised all hair) have experienced the fastest changes historically. In the Rubenesque era I would be considered a little on the thin side and probably would not have been Nobility as size mattered in women. It showed the affordablility of good food. As did the foot or so of fabric one dragged on the ground. It indicated you could do so and not care about your gown because you were rich. All for show.

In that sense not much for women has changed and most of that lately has become our department due to the 60's and 70's. I am not saying that its all a womans world right now, as fashion and body type are clearly still dictated by mostly men. But Spain, for instance, has banned wafer thin models from their runways. Dove (or Ivory) has an ad campaign out there right now that depicts normal everyday bodies and celebrates that fact.

And as I said in another post, I do believe we are on the cusp of another "sexual revolution". I'm interested to see where it goes.
