For anyone that hasn't yet been to Michele's to see Pauline, she definitely gives a fantastic deep massage. It's nice to see that Pauline is now a member and contributing to the threads, Michele's is one of the older well established MPs in town. Always good reliable service with a selection of MAs for everyone.

Don't panic about the price, we're talking maybe $10-20 on an hour compared to some other locations. To be fair, if you like the idea of having a shower in the room, a professional strong and wide massage table, a full-time receptionist, etc, it's well worth it. As for the MAs, I've only seen April and she was above average in all areas; she's beautiful; you young guys would likely call her a spinner. She gives a good massage and options are on par with any other MP in town. I certainly plan on seeing the other ladies; it's great that they're posting schedules so once I get to know them all, I can choose accordingly. p.s. Well said Poolasaurus. I agree completely, no shower is a deal breaker. One of the better MAs in town recently relocated to a place without a shower. My visits stopped and will only resume if/when a shower is installed. I also look for a firm massage and there are plenty of ladies that give an excellent one! Sexiness is nice but not necessary for me, as long as we connect. No sexiness and no connect = no repeat.

Agree completely with your recommendation, Paradise is a new-found gem in Ottawa. I'm an east-end guy and am quite willing to drive the distance, well worth it.

I visited Paradise this week for the first time and saw April. The place is amazing, I thought I was in Montreal. Great ceramic finishes throughout, a shower in each room and a very beautiful April. A little more expensive than normal but they have to pay for the top notch facility somehow! I anxiously await my next opportunity to visit and see some of the other talent.

Rodehard, my 2 cents: 1) I look for the quality of the massage, I've found that you don't have to be an RMT to give a good massage. 2) Sensuality and personality is the second most important piece that must be present. 3) The overall experience, including location, cleanliness, shower, discreetness and friendliness. I tend to have a few favourite independents as well as my preferred spas. If I'm able to book a few days in advance I'll often go the independent route (been a while Megan); for same day or last minute appointments I'll call one of my favourite spas. A new one was just added and I've started looking for the best experience from this spa that was previously on the DNR list. Now 3 spas to choose from; geez it's great to live in Ottawa ;) CERB is a great tool and I'd be lost without it; found some gems through here.. Megan comes to mind. You might think I have Megan on my mind and you'd be right. Hope that helps!

Good point UK; I must admit I've been frustrated with the same answer occasionally and politely say goodbye and go elsewhere. I think most places understand that some guys are just in the mood for a particular experience on any given day. One day I may be looking for the best professional-type massage available and I know who to see; another time I just may want to visit someone with a hot body and conversation skills, again I know who they are. A few spas post schedules and good for them, they get more of my business but there are other top quality places that are quite willing to say who is working. Those that are not cooperative will soon realize that it's their loss, not ours !! On the other hand there are plenty of top notch independents... don't have that problem with them, just usually requires booking too far in advance. Since the DNR has been lifted I decided to visit either one, or preferably both, before the end of the year. I've always been impressed with the Paradise website and am looking forward to the visit. Stary tuned, or if you make it there first, let us know what the experience was like. If the other elements match the finishes of the spa, it should be a great experience !!

Paradise in Bells Corners isn't too distant from Farhaven, give it a try and let us know what you think. I'm planning a visit there soon but I don't object if you wish to try it out first and let us know.

R&E is top notch!! I finally got to see Riley last weekend and true to form, no disappointment!! She is a doll and my only complaint is that she only works weekends. Well maybe that's good or I may go broke!! I've seen every lady there except for April (she works in the evening) and would highly recommend every one of them, Marie, Summer, Riley, Michelle and Lisa.

No, Janis of Inner Image was there when they were on Somerset. She has long since moved to Montreal. She continued as a MA in Montreal but not sure if she still does. She was a gem, one of my all-time favourites.

Well, here's an opportunity for either of you to post your first recommendation. Give it a try and let us know. I'll probably get around to giving it a try but it won't be for a while.... too many great places already on my list.

Your best bet and easiest to arrange is probably CMJ but I let my imagination roam and can dream of Megan and Michelle MA; Megan and Bethany; Megan and anyone from Relax and Enjoy.... man I think I have Megan on my mind!!!!! Riley and Michelle, both at R&E would be a blast. Let us know if you try a duo and how it goes. Lots of potential out there.
