  1. This sounds like a great idea. A day dedicated to steak...and all we have to do is accept a BJ to make it happen? Wow! that seems like an easy sacrifice.
  2. Yeah, Fanny's! That was a great place. For a small club they had some of the hottest dancers.
  3. Yeah, the Black Eyed Peas can't sing worth a shit. That was brutal!
  4. I agree, a great game! I thought the Packers were in trouble after all the dropped passes by their receivers. Rogers played well and threw the ball into some tight coverage. He really made some unbelievable throws. As for the excessive celebration, it was a ridiculous call. These guys are playing in the biggest game of their lives, are they not allowed to show some emotion? Get real! The fans are tailgating all day, the hype from media for this game was two weeks long but the players have to be under complete control. A really stupid call.
  5. I like this one best. :icon_biggrin: It would allow people to be a little more stress free when tackling world issues or common everyday problems.
  6. What a ridiculous product. I'm sure the guy got that ripped using the shaker, really? It just proves people will buy anything.
  7. Seasons Greetings to you Cato! And to all CERB members as well. May you give a little this holiday season, and get a little too...;-)
  8. Just be thankful they aren't looking at PNL's and running a business.
  9. Megan you truly are a great friend. Every guy should be so lucky and have a female friend like you. Going to Taboo first then to Pigales is like sitting at the bar before your table is ready at the restaurant.
  10. Long range forecasts are a joke. Early last week we were to get 35-40cm of snow, but ended up with rain.

    YOUR UNDER ARREST!

Oh my god please arrest me...I'm sure I've done something wrong, love the pics.
  12. Wow! Serious bump to the thread...ok, I'll play too, the balcony of my new house. The quiet park near by...outdoor fun, yes please!
  13. And I thought we did it because we can...who knew? Hey, keep the pipes clean, change your oil regularly, play the highlight reel, and have fun!
  14. Agreed! I know in Vanier they are doing what they can, unfortunately the rest of the city views this as a Vanier issue. But an open public discussion is required, perhaps even on a national level. Educating and informing the public of the issues is the only way to make this happen. Until the public makes this a priority, the politicians at all levels will run from this issue as fast as they can. Once the public deems this worthy or our attention and requires resources then the politicians will be forced to act, until then good luck!
  15. You have a great way of painting a picture and telling a story. Please continue!
  16. It's a terrible situation. Hopefully the police can make some arrests soon. The girls/women that are out there are so vulnerable. The drugs have taken over their lives. They are not in a position to make rational decisions and therefore take much risk. I have noticed the media has been reporting more on the issues of substance abuse, prostitution, dealers, and the crimes involved. There seems to be a more conscious effort to bring some of these problems into the public light from both the police and media. Education is the key; hopefully a sensible public debate can take place at some point moving towards solutions. But unfortunately, I fear the public appetite for such debate is nonexistent at the moment.
  17. There once was a man named Dick Who thought he had quite the stick But the women were slightly perturbed As he would only search on CERB Hoping to show them a trick
  18. I love the old hard rock and have seen many concerts in my time. AC/DC, Black Sabbath etc. BUT, I have to admit I saw Tony Bennett in Ottawa quite a few years back, outdoor concert, he was awesome.
  19. It seems we live in a world now that honouring our commitments and making excuses to get out of them have become the norm. Although I hate to paint everyone with the same brush - not my intention - we all too often find ourselves on the other end of some made up story on why the appointment wasn't kept, project wasn't finished, and on and on. I guess it's easier to make it up then tell the truth. I see this in my business dealings all the time. On another note, I had made an appointment to meet with an SP quite some time ago, and she was a no show. I pulled up to the location, called, no answer. Waiting in the parking lot for more than half an hour I called a couple of times and sent a text, again no response. I left furious as this had wasted well more than two hours of my time between, shaving, showering, driving to the location, waiting and now driving back. And yes, ladies, I agree no shows suck! Not to mention that I was now in need of some serious relief! But, once I got home I sent the SP in question a polite and professional e-mail stating my disappointment. She had completely lost my appointment time and felt awful - or so she said later that night. I accepted the response, with a hint of scepticism and we agreed to reschedule. She had to cancel that one - a cold - but she e-mailed, called, did everything to reach me, and I appreciated it. We laughed at our luck and she offered to make it up to me with a free session. That was not necessary and we agreed once again to meet - I paid. Our encounter was awesome, she could not have been more accommodating, an absolute sweet heart, I'm glad we had the opportunity to meet. Sometimes mistakes are made and things do come up. I always give the benefit of the doubt where possible and try to see the best in people. A second chance is an important part of my philosophy. But, like an old cliche - "Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me" Or as George Bush said - "Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice..ahh...err...won't get fooled again";)
  20. I got 17, oh well. It's certainly interesting to answer questions on everyday common things.
  21. I would go back about a month ago when the jackpot for the Lotto Max was at $75M or so, and no winners. I would put down the winning numbers, head to the pub, and just wait to collect the money.
  22. So, I guess he can now choose between a full head of hair, a thick green lawn, or a marathon sex session with an amped up johnson. Or perhaps all of the above.
  23. If you aint Dutch you aint much...or so I've heard.
