Favourite: Reese's peanut butter cups of course! Least favourite: anything "gummy" But the real question is which wine to serve with each candy. (We are not barbarians after all!) Here is a guide to answer this most important question:

As far as specifics to screening go, most of the ladies will probably not want to divulge openly here their exact procedures as it might give people a chance to try to work around them. Broadcasting would likely defeat the purpose, at least in specific cases. I believe that there is a sp only section here that would likely be a better place to get that kind of advice. (Not sure if there is a waiting period or process to get into that section.) You can always ask for private message responses as well. You might have better luck that way. There are many helpful ladies on this site. I know some ladies will only see people with a reference from a known sp. This can be tricky for the newbies to the hobby but definitely offers some security. I know there are verification services that some will use too but again, not my area of expertise. As far as getting recommendations, it is a bit of a catch 22 situation but many of us will give new ladies a chance without them. Personally I find when a lady embraces a site like this and simply posts, it allows me to get to know them and eases any concerns. You are on the right track ;) Offer good service and the recommendations will come. Good luck and stay safe. Mikey

At least you (and your lawyer) seem to have a sense of humour about it. ;) The indiscretion is absolutely 100% inexcusable and despicable, but the visuals are hilarious. (Snorted a bit of coffee myself there.)

Hello darkness, my old friend
Mikeyboy replied to a topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
I lost a dear friend this year to suicide. We played in bands together in high school and university and at one point in my life, was one of my best friends. We had drifted apart in recent years as he had moved to Ontario to start a family. We were still in touch superficially through facebook and the occasional message but otherwise, I let that relationship go. (A fact I will now have to live with forever.) Turns out, after talking with his brother that he had been battling depression for years. I never knew. He was always one of the smartest and strongest people I knew. That made it inconcievable to me. He was very good at playing the person everyone expected him to be, but he needed help. I don't know where I am going with this. I just wish he could have reached out. Maybe if the stigma around depression and mental illness were gone, people could feel better asking for help when needed. Or at least not feeling like it were something to hide or be ashamed of. Thanks for starting this thread Steve. Talking about it can only help. Wishing you the best. Mike -
Absolutely. You are correct in that there is a lot of bs on bp. Possibly more than legit ads. While it is fun to look, I rarely use that as my only source. First check to see if the photos are stolen. If in chrome, you can right click on any photo and search google for the image. If it comes up all over the world, then it is likely a fake ad or at least fake photos. Tineye.com is also normally good for that although I have been having trouble getting that site to pull up photos lately. Next, I come here. Search the recommendation section as well as the discusion section we are in now. (Search is in the top right corner of any discusion section.) There are lots of gents here willing to share their good experiences. If she is a traveling girl, check the sectons in her home town too.

Political correctness. Has it gone too far?
Mikeyboy replied to a topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
Unfortunately, the Trump camp, who are using the backlash against political correctness for their own agendas, are arguing for just that. It is an excuse to be able to call all Mexicans rapists and murders, all Muslims terrorists, women fat pigs, and even to make fun of the handicapped. This is not simply expressing ideas, it is intentionally hurtful and hateful. Have we ever even dreamed that a presidential candidate could be allowed to get away with these things? I think if we stop using the term "politically correct" and substitute "common courtesy and respect", there would be a lot less people able to argue against it. Obviously anything can be pushed so far that it no longer makes sense, but we can't forget the reasons political correctness started in the first place. Courtesy and respect for others. -

Political correctness. Has it gone too far?

I simply don't think that a white, male, heterosexual billionaire should be the one who gets to decide when we have had enough political correctness. -

Like anything else good or well intentioned, there is such a thing as too far. Too much of anything can be a bad thing. (I'm told that's true even for sex or chocolate but I've yet to confirm either.) I think as an enlightened society, we have a duty to avoid intentionally offending others based on things that they cannot help or change. I think we should even go as far as to reevaluate our language and practices to make sure that we are not using expressions that come from an offensive place even if that is not how we intended it. Being sensitive to others perspective however is not the same thing as censoring ideas. We have to be careful not to let it stifle creative thought or the exchange of ideas. That being said, we should never let that act as an excuse to be prejudiced or behave like Trump has in this campaign. Not acceptable in my books. -
Happy Birthday to you shymale! Enjoy!

Is it better to recommend or review?
Mikeyboy replied to a topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
It often takes new members a while to even understand the difference between the two terms. Often I hear qustions like " if I had a bad experience, shouldn't I let others know about it?" At first glance, the question seems to have merit. Until of course you see the negitivity, drama and general sh*t slinging that invites. I come here to find the good experiences. Not the bad ones. (Who needs those?) Hats off to the mods for their tireless efforts to keep the negitivity away, and for keeping this such an enjoyable site. -
Love and sex are two very different things. It's easy to judge from the perspective of a single 23 year old, (trust me I was there), but until you walk a mile (or 20 plus years) in someone elses shoes, be careful with the finger pointing ;) . Needs change and so do people. We do what we have to, to get by and live a balanced life, while maintaining balance around us.

When you are in any section, such as the "Escort discussion for Nova Scotia", you can click on the "Search this Forum" icon in the top right corner. Searching the word 'Catalina' gave the following results: http://www.lyla.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=238168&highlight=Catalina http://www.lyla.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=222522&highlight=Catalina http://www.lyla.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=218947&highlight=Catalina Lots of good comments on her here if it is the same lady you are referring to. Hope this helps

I had the opportunity to meet this stunningly beautiful woman yesterday afternoon and I am so happy I did. She is quite tall, and being tall myself, I was in heaven. She has a beautiful face, amazing body, soft smooth skin, and legs for days. At first, she seems to have a sweet innocence about her, but don't let it fool you. She has a naughty side that will make you melt. She has a charming personality and is quite easy to talk to. She very quickly put me at ease, and before long, I was completely lost in her beauty. Time flew by far too quickly. She is only in town a short time, so if you can, treat yourself. You definitely won't regret it. Thank you Chrystal for an amazing afternoon. Until we meet again ;) Mikey

I see where you are coming from, and I'm not trying to criticize, but for me, fake pics are an unforgivable transgression. No grey area at all. You only have a bit of information about the person on the other end of that ad, and to find out that most of it is a lie? For me, that's step one in my "ad filter" process. If pics are stolen, move on. Don't look back. I understand why someone would not want a face pic posted. So don't post one then. It isn't a requirement and most do not choose to post one. I know that there are other reasons a "legit" girl might choose to misrepresent herself, and that it doesn't necessarily mean that it is really a dude with a gun waiting to take my wallet and kidney at the in call location, instead of someone who inexplicably looks like Jessica Alba, (some humor there to make a point;) ), but since the photos that caught my eye in the first place are a lie, then I'm moving on. I now know only one thing for sure about this person, and that is that they are not who they are claiming to be. I've also never heard of a case where someone used photos of someone LESS attractive then they are out of fear that they were too intimidatingly beautiful. I suppose it's possible but is unlikely to be the case. ;) Again, just my opinion and my own screening process, but it has worked well for me so far. I would rather over-screen and miss someone good, than under-screen a face the consequences of that. Stay safe and enjoy! Mikey

I agree. Even if I could get past the obvious environmental disaster of the single use pod, (I read last year that there were already an estimated 6 billion of them in landfills and that was a year ago), I prefer good coffee. I buy mine in whole bean form from a local coffee roaster. I grind it fresh every morning. You can't beat a real cup of fresh brewed coffee.
