  2. Please people....do not rush to conclusions and call CAS before talking to the SP. Shemay be in a desperate situation.....please, I beg you...I had children adn I never involved them in my personal life, but I was lucky to have a husband to help me out. If the child is abandoned , not fed, not dressed, not loved, not properly cared for, all right CAS would beinvolved in the benefit of the child, but may be this lady is doing the bEST she can and it would be terrible to separate mother and baby. From my heart I ask you to take a ot of care about what you do. CAS is a wonderful organization, but once they get involved she may loose her baby..... Love is understanding..... tracie

  5. One Flaw In Women Women have strengths that amaze men. They bear hardships and they carry burdens, but they hold happiness, love and joy. They smile when they want to scream. They sing when they want to cry. They cry when they are happy and laugh when they are nervous. They fight for what they believe in. They stand up to injustice. They don't take "no" for an answer when they believe there is a better solution. They go without so their family can have. They go to the doctor with a frightened friend. They love unconditionally. They cry when their children excel and cheer when their friends get awards. They are happy when they hear about a birth or a wedding. Their hearts break when a friend dies. They grieve at the loss of a family member, yet they are strong when they think there is no strength left. They know that a hug and a kiss can heal a broken heart. Women come in all shapes, sizes and colors. They'll drive, fly, walk, run or e-mail you to show how much they care about you. The heart of a woman is what makes the world keep turning. They bring joy, hope and love. They have compassion and ideas. They give moral support to their family and friends. Women have vital things to say and everything to give. HOWEVER, IF THERE IS ONE FLAW IN WOMEN, IT IS THAT THEY FORGET THEIR WORTH.

  9. Give the lady a chance....things may have happened to her...did you bother DavidO to ask her what was the problem?, yes, and she said "they"(whoever she was referring to) adid not have any pantyhose....well, there is a chance she did not have the money to buy it, and there is also the possibility she forgot. Please forgive her and if I was you, next time you have a request with an SP, I would call her a couple of hours before the rendezvous and ask her if everything is on track....if she says "no, I could not get the pantyhose" ask her if she would like for you to get it" Life is simple, and money walks.....do not trash the lady, even if you are not saying her name, she may be reading the posts and may be feeling very bad.... DavidO, send me a pm and I will tell you more of my thoughts..... xoxoxo Trace8)
  10. Today I am celebrating the people at CERB!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I want to say thank you to the gentlemen who chose my presence in their busy lives; the ones who brought wrapped surprises in their hands with lingerie, wine, toiletries, flowers and chocolates; you know who you are and, you also know that our time together was repeated in the imagination, over the emails, on the phone or in new rendezvous-, but it has not ended yet, we are learning each other better and better.... I was nervous with my first visitor, especially because we formed a bond through chats and long letters on the net, and he helped me to relax.... Later on, a well known Cerbite came to visit me and I was so tight up that he must have thought I was a total incompetent....I almost fell from my own shoe while undressing, and while at the shower, I almost knocked my head off on the shower head....but I hope, if he reads this, he understands and laughs...he is the only one who has not come back to me...no wonder!!!!! I could not expect different... I want to say thank you also to the beautiful people who welcomed me and keeps in touch through the net at least once a week and show me their care, give advice and basically "are there" if needed. ...And I have to acknowledge the great presence of Emma Alexandra in my affaires with Cerb. Emma is a Lady and a great person....the ones who have been with her know it and, the ones who have not yet visited with her.........what are you waiting for???? Three hurrahs for The MOD for teaching me with great patience to put pictures, to correctly post jokes and fix all the other messes I made confusing emails and addresing the wrong people....etc...thanks MODS (I did not get one of your emails lately...I guess I'm learning?) Thanks to all of you for trusting your bodies, and hearts into my care and for giving me the chance to make you happier just by being your girlfriend ! See you all soon again, and again...and again Tracie Gold, your Trace!!! :D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D

  14. Amy Tan is a fantastic writer. I am reading right now ADA of Nabokof, the author of Lolita. He is also great. There are so many classics that it is impossible to keep up..... Have a good read honey! Tracie:-D
  15. I agree with you totally. While driving at night, I got 3 cars in a row with "undiscriminated" use of their high lights, by the time they past by I was blinded and had an accident....I killed a poor red fox because I did not see it. Some drivers use the high beams with no respect for others. Having them at your back is another tragic story....it should be regulated...and by the way, talking about cell phones, yesterday it was a small accident on Carling Avenue and it was because the person ahead of the car who put the breaks on (being hit as a consequence by the car who was at his back) was swerving stupidly while talking in his cell phone..... Let's respect a little more the lives of others and our own please. Trace:?
  16. I personally find man over 35 more attractive, less rushed and with more endurance than the younger ones. There are exceptions however. Trace:cool:

  22. Hi Sid the Sarcastic....here you can read bout the research.... Hugs! Hot air and paper towels in the public bathroom Category: Environmental health • Epidemiology • Infectious disease • Product safety Posted on: February 19, 2009 7:24 AM, by revere Like a lot of people I am more inclined to believe research that is in accord with my prior beliefs. Put another (Bayesian) way, I don't have to change my beliefs much on the basis of evidence. That means I don't question the evidence rigorously. So with that warning, here's a story I instinctively believe because it accords with my prior beliefs -- and preferences. It has to do with washing your hands after using a public bathroom. To be clear at the outset: I always wash my hands after using the bathroom. I'm not sure what the actual evidence for disease transmission is but I consider it an aesthetic matter and good etiquette. But I also hate the hot air hand dryers many public bath rooms have installed instead of providing towels. Yes, I know there's a solid waste issue. But it takes longer and it doesn't leave my hands feeling clean. Now a study of paper towels, warm air dryers and the unique Dyson Air Blade hand dryer, done at the University of Westminster and paid for by the European Tissue Symposium, has validated my prior preferences. Note that the European Tissue Symposium doesn't refer to biological tissue researchers. These are makers of paper towels, so consider the source. With that out of the way, here's what they found: There were four parts to the study: Part A looked at the drying efficiency of hand drying method; Part B involved counting the number of different types of bacteria on the hands before and after drying; Part C studied the potential contamination of other users and the washroom environment; and Part D took a bacterial sampling of Dyson Airblade dryers in public washrooms. Paper towels and the Dyson Airblade were found to be equally efficient at drying hands, each achieving 90% dryness in approximately 10sec. However, the warm air dryer was considerably less efficient, taking 47sec to achieve the same level of dryness. Twenty subjects (10 male and 10 female) were used in Part B. Three different agar growth media (nutrient, cystine-lactose-electrolyte-deficient and mannitol salt agar) were used to count and identify the bacteria on the fingerpads and palms before and after washing and drying. Paper towels were found to reduce the number of all types of bacteria on the fingerpads by up to 76% and on the palms by up to 77%. By comparison, the Dyson Airblade increased the numbers of most types of bacteria on the fingerpads by 42% and on the palms by 15%. However, after washing and drying hands under the warm air dryer, the total number of bacteria increased by 194% on the fingerpads and on the palms by 254%. The Dyson Airblade performed less well than paper towels and the warm air dryer in Part C in which the hands of 10 subjects were artificially contaminated with yeast suspension. During use, open agar plates were placed at 0.25m intervals from the hand-drying device up to a maximum of 2m. Yeast colonies that grew on the plates were counted. The Dyson Airblade dispersed potential contamination to other users and the washroom environment to a distance of at least two metres, whereas paper towels spread contamination 0.50m and the warm air dryer 0.25m. Part D showed that the Dyson Airblade dryers in the public washroom sampled were contaminated with large numbers of bacteria, including potential pathogens such as E. coli, staphylococcus and pseudomonas aeruginosa, particularly the bottom of the hand drying chamber According to Keith Redway, senior academic in the department of Biomedical Sciences at the University of Westminster: “The results of all parts of this study suggest that the use of warm air dryers and jet air dryers should be carefully considered in locations where hygiene is of paramount importance, such as hospitals, clinics, kitchens and other food preparation areas, schools, nurseries and care homes.” (Clean Room Technology [uK]) Happy now? 23. This certainly is interesting information for all of us and also makes sense. Everyone in the cleaning industry has always been told that hand dryers in restrooms are not sanitary, they spread germs and bacteria around. I always thought that this just came from the paper companies because they are loosing sales to the hand dryers. A couple of years ago, I was working with a rep, and I noticed that after he washed his hands and noticed that there were no paper towels, only a hand dryer he left the restroom with wet hands. I asked him about it. He said that hand dryers blow a lot of germs and bacteria around. He also told me to take a look under the hand dryer next time I was in a restroom. There is a filter underneath the hand dryer that is supposed to be cleaned on a weekly basis. I looked at one and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. It had layers and layers of caked on gunk (disgusting). Since then I will not use hand dryers in restrooms. Now this is where the story gets really interesting. The schools and universities that have had the H1N1 (swine flu) outbreak this year are being told by the health department that they have to take out all of their hand dryers and replace them with towel dispensers because the hand dryers are spreading disease. Please pass this along so everyone knows not to use hand dryers. By Meredith and Carl Johnson Iowa Extracted from an article in the New York Times Hugs to all, Tracie:rolleyes:
