One of the issues of airbnb's, are rules about guests. Most hosts have policies of no guests allowed. Cameras at the entrance capturing who comes and goes. One of the main reasons I dont use airbnb's. I personally would not use a space specifically marketed to this. It feels icky. If it becomes known publicly, it's not longer discreet. I agree just market it as a regular airbnb, and if providers feel it is a good ROI, they will return.
