I'd recommend looking for someone who advertises as a girlfriend experience (gfe) and book a minimum of 90 minutes. Look for someone with a decent website who mentions taking her time, building a connection, ect. I don't know what website you're using to look for your ladies but the higher end websites will generally attract ladies who are experienced and want you to have a good time. If you like wine I suggest bringing a bottle for the two of you to share, you don't have to finish it but even sharing a glass can help build a relationship prior to anything sexual.

I think it's so great that you want to make sure to be as ethical as possible and ensure no one is being forced to do something they don't want to do! While I agree on a surface level with what you said, not having a license doesn't automatically mean they're being taken advantage of. The license can be viewed by the federal gov't which is why some ladies I know refuse to get it. I know two ladies whose jobs are at stake, one who is in the military and a second who works for a different branch of the federal gov't.
