I walked away from this before knowing what I wanted, what I needed, or what I missed. I assumed that I wanted something I'd had before, but I left thinking I needed something that I would find but I never did... But I did try... I realized after being let down by someone more than once... It isn't the relationship or the person you are seeking... It's the feeling you get from the interaction with that person... Fast forward to two months of texting and dating... I'm here waiting and waiting but after the wknd the texts never come. My heart hurts, yet I wait and play the stalker-crazy girl on the other end of the phone, sending text after text and facebook msg after facebook message... Nothing comes, still I wait, still I pine... He can't not realize what he has... Still he doesn't text... It goes from everything to nothing, and I wait. A week goes by and I start to realize that it wasn't meant to be, it wasn't meant to happen w/ me, w/ him. It's over... I dream of him, I dream of future moments that are lost to me, to him, to the possibility of us... Without that future, I struggle onto what I know, back to where I've been, before him. Back to the moments before he existed, I find myself, again, as once before.
