I received an email recently from someone accusing me of being misogynistic and that i had a hate on for prostitutes ? WTF I thought to my self! What an odd perspective, clearly this person has no clue of what they speak. If they knew anything about me they'd know that I'm a frequent hobbiest and provide support to many independents in more ways than just financial.

 

 

I suspect the letter came from an agency or pimp or indy that has made their way to the pages of the diary. My agenda is clear and simple. Honesty is king, if you follow standard honest business practices then you will never find yourself in the pages of my diary. However, if you choose to use bait and switch tactics, put customers into dangerous situations, harm or threaten to harm a customer, steal from a customer, provide poor unacceptable service or bad customer service then yes, you will be featured in the diary.

 

So the next question is why, why do I bother ? Well by exposing the fakes and frauds it kind of levels off the playing field for the honest agencies and independents. If I can filter out the bad guys for the newbies or the unsuspecting then they can focus their attention on the proven quality and customer driven providers in town. Often clients who find themselves victims of a bait and switch situation do nothing about it. Usually fear of violence, blackmail etc prevent the victims of bait and switch from doing anything, they may go through with the service, which is usually sub par and no where near what was agreed, or give the money and leave. Rarely will they leave without paying the fee, which just paves the way for the fraud to be committed again, if they get away with it once then there's nothing stopping them from doing it again, and so they do.

 

I don't publish private information, I don't print full phone numbers that can be easily searched, I don't jeopardize anyone's safety, I don't print lies. Just the facts. The fact is that if you are an agency, a pimp or and "indy" and you use fake photos to lure customers to mislead, ripped off or robbed, then I will print the information you used to lure these victims , to warn them of the deceit that follows. I will prove that the photos are fake and will continue to track your movement as you continue to practice your deceptive ways.

 

I realize not everyone is going to like me , some have even accused me of being a "creeper" stalking girls on the internet , again WTF ? I see bad, I warn others to avoid or be cautious, how that qualifies me as a creeper is beyond me. Do I profit from the site, yes to cover the costs of operating the site and for hard costs. Donations are always welcome and many readers have donated, some do it often some for just a few bucks, others for considerable amounts. To them I say thank you, these readers appreciate the service I provide and I appreciate the acknowledgment. The fact is I donate a good percentage to charities that are important to me. I didn't start the site to make a profit.

 

Yes there are advertisers on my site as well, again proceeds from advertising go towards covering operating costs. When I introduced advertising some said that would impact my credibility and that by advertising on my site advertisers would be "protected" from being outed or exposed. Not True, if any advertisers, indy or agency that advertise on my site were to practice bait and switch photos bait and switch service or put a customer in harms way I would not hesitate to report on them. To the credit of current and past advertisers that situation has never occurred which speaks volumes to their credibility and the type of business they run.

 

To the original letter writer, there is your reply for you and all to see. Take it or leave it. It is what it is...

I like the concept of your diary and I think it's important for consumer's to make good decisions with their hard-earned money. While I don't agree with bait & switch and would never recommend a client to a lady who does this, I also try to not be judgmental and to be compassionate. You never know what kind of situation she is in.

I think the push back you've been getting recently just goes to show you how effective your service is in exposing the bait and switch artists and the agencies that you have been fingering.

Shady business people don't like the Better Business Bureau or Consumer Reports either. CK you are like the BBB of the industry here in Ottawa.

 

Because this is mostly an unregulated business and because of it's underground nature there is way too much opportunity for shysters and fraudsters to operate with impunity. CK is like the sheriff of the Wild West and I for one am glad he's out there.

Well I for one freaking love your site!!!! :bowdown: And I really do admire you for the following reasons. Not only do you help out the gents with your accurate warnings, this also assist the ladies who DO NOT appear on your list, as this can somtimes help the men weed out the bad apples in their selection. Because after all, who really wants to spend time with a lady who lies about her services and/or uses fake pics or whatever else...

 

You and your site have helped me out, personally in the past, when some one decided to use one of my pics.. you were the greatest help by pointing this out on the diary :bigclap:.

 

All this to say, you are NOT a service provider HATER...You go above and beyond to help out & I also feel that us Ottawa folks are so very fortunate to have YOU and your site :milleunenuit:!!!

It is because of you that some guys I know decided to give hobbying another chance after being ripped off by unscrupulous people. I showed them your diary and explained to them that not everyone in our industry should be painted with the same brush.

Hey thanks evryone I do appreciate the support I posted this here not to rally support in my favor but to get a sense of what you all think.

 

Megan, I do try to consider each situation and why they may be using fake photos or deceptive practices, but I usually only give them a hard time when they continue to do so even after being busted and when they show no mutual respect fro them selves or the potential client base.

 

 

I have pretty thick skin, he'll I have to in order to keep up with the fakers and all the flack they give me , but this letter bothered me because I am far from a creeper and I adore the women in my real life and cowboy life, just ask anyone of the many ladies I've had the pleasure of meeting for playtime or support!

I hope you had a good snicker from your email, I'm going to guess that it was one of the fraudulent femmes that have been exposed in your diary. It really is too bad that there are people that prey on others and take advantage of them, and glad you are honest and a modern day vigilante to weed out this type of Rift-Raff CHEERS!
