The sites that are hosting the pics we link to are often geared to prevent hot-linking like this, and if they get too many requests from the same site (e.g. when a lot of people look at a thread like this) they'll block them. This is often a dynamic process based on how much traffic a pic had had recently, so that may explain why they come and go. The idea is that instead of hot-linking, we go to the site that owns the pics and also see - and hopefully click on - their ads :) Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
