I was looking at my kids last night and thinking what if it was one of them ? Then I wondered what I would do to the SOB when they caught him if I was to ever to have the opportunity to meet face to face ! I was mad enough when it wasn't my child. I was talking about this situation with someone yesterday and how when I would think about it yes, I felt for the parents who were obviously going through the hardest time in their lives but I would feel so sad when thinking about a 3 year old in hands of a stranger, away from the people he feels safe with, away from the things that are more important to him whatever those are and in fear for being with a stranger. Then I started thinking if kids cry and have a hard time separating from mom when going to school even knowing where he is going and that he is in good hands and will be returning home in a few hours and they still feel scared and sometimes even abandoned can you imagine the feeling this little kid had?
