I need to sharpen my sword (I have a katana that's been in my family for the last hundred or so years, and it needs constant maintenance) be back in a couple hours. 2. We need a hoe. Ice4fun 78396 Report post Posted November 21, 2013 For the most part I schedule my regular meetings with a wonderful lady when I am at work and can slip away without any concern for my wife finding out. For meeting outside regular work hours...you just need to schedule your fun for times when you know she is busy. Who would have thought that a harmless hobby that brings such joy could turn me into such a competent liar. Guest ChantalSummers Report post Posted November 22, 2013 I'm a very occasional hobbyist so I don't necessarily have to sneak. But as for being an MA, only 3 of my friends know what I do. That being said, it's getting tougher and tougher to explain to friends and family why I'm not available on weekend afternoons and some evenings. Mainly I've been saying I am working at my other job. This works especially well at this time of the year, lol If the wife wants to come with you, tell her it would spoil the surprise if she were to see where you are shopping. (of course, you have to have a small token of affection hidden away at your work place/vehicle/home so that a 'surprise' can actually be made.)
