I said "likely" because they thought 90-95%... which means a guess not definite but you are correct, I shouldn't have used a figure but rather should have said a high percent not sure how high..... I think that because I remember to have come across posts by a few SPs here that they said they shave because of their job and against their preference (and I am sure you remember it Megan because you were the thread opener). The poll result was a surprise to me personally. And as I said in my OP I strongly believe that SPs personal choice is by far more important that what others may prefer. This is just a poll that may be of interest to some and it is a choice to look at it or steer away from it. It is not about a poll that affects life and death or how the country should be run lol. Most of us recognize that trends in pubic hair have varied and because many of our clients are from a different generation, they prefer hair. That doesn't surprise or puzzle me. Not just the woman in Playboy, but in my dating life. Maybe we were too shy, or it just was one of those requests never made to your partner to shave, and they didn't make to you. One of the wonderful aspects of this lifestyle, is never being too old to learn. Yes, I much prefer a shaved (or trimmed) woman, not so much for appearance sake, but it makes oral much more enjoyable, IMHO. Likewise, prior to seeing escorts, I'd never have thought of shaving near the boys. I was unshaven, the women I dated were unshaven (some never or rarely shaved their armpits, ughhh). But it is done because it makes oral more enjoyable (if that's the right word) for the ladies, they aren't getting a mouthful of hair. So yes, there may be a generation gap, but this is one guy who is willing to listen if someone from the younger generation has better suggestions. Capital Hunter 18263 Report post Posted November 1, 2011 (edited) The reason that prompted this (poll) thread (as I was asked prior) was because the discussion thread kept on coming back again and again to the top by various members posting over several years (that thread was posted in 2008 ). Over 200 posts were made in the discussion thread and if someone wanted to get a feeling of what preferences are with regard to state of kitties among Ottawa hobbyists or Ottawa men, the poor person had to read through 200 posts and over 21 pages of comments. Also I realized that the discussion thread had been viewed over 16000 times and it kept on coming up to top again and again over years which to me indicated an interest at least by some members. Therefore I decided to open a new thread in the form of a poll so that at a glance those members interested can view preferences easily without having to read 21 pages lol. So this was the reason behind my decision to post this poll on the subject which has been proven to be of interest to many viewers and as I anticipated many members participate in it. No offence of any form or shape was intended neither was it intended to show that there is a deal made or breaker situation. I am trimmed not shaved for personal reasons, and rarely get asked if I am or not. I have never had anyone run screaming from my house or make negative comments about it, so either the guys I see really don't notice or care. In fact, one client of mine told me I distracted him so much, he never noticed until the second time we were together that I had hair down there. In fact, because I am older and do see some older gents, they actually prefer a bit of muff, but it's usually not what makes or breaks the deal so to speak. I don't understand why this would make you "sad". Shaving because the majority of your clients like it better (as I have done in the past) is no different than wearing makeup, straightening or curling our hair, wearing stockings with garters (I really hate those things), wearing high heels, shaving our legs and armpits and wearing all manner of highly uncomfortable clothing that pushes things up and pulls other things in.
