Last year I actually had to turn down two potential relationships since I just didn't have the time for them. Moreover, I enjoy the variety I get with seeing escorts, and it's not something that I'm readily willing to give up. Of course, I realize it's just fantasy, but it's a damn good one! *lol* I don't know if I really want to be in an LTR... I think I'd start to feel trapped after awhile. Then what? resort to cheating on my SO? I don't know if I could do that... Also, seeing escorts is a great way to avoid getting hurt emotionally. I'm sure she would if she found out but that's another story. I think I'm the one being cheated when I don't get good sex....well any kind of sex really. I have always had an extremely high sex drive...I love being with women and feeling their sexy responsive bodies next to me. To answer the question of when did I start hobbying that's a tough one. I hired a SW the day after I got out of Basic Military Training (23 years old). I'd been couped up on a military base for 3 and a half months and had a boner that just wouldn't go away (nothing has changed lol)...I would see sps from time to time in my single days but it wasn't serious hobbying...just sporatic...when I wasn't in a significant relationship. I stayed fairly faithfull for 25 years of my marriage but the sex had gotten so limited that my pent up sexuality would just not stay repressed....thus started hobbying last Feb. Well maybe this is too much info but someone did ask.
