Chicken breast stir-fried with honey/lemon and olive oil on toasted kaiser with lettuce, tomatoe, fresh peppers, and cucumber.

My wife cooked Guyanese pepper pot which is basically pork (and usually mixed with beef), cooked slowly in a sauce... so good... so spicy.

I was going to do pretty much the same... but changed my mind to macaroni noodles in a homemade cheese sauce.

Homemade Mexican lasagna...my moms recipe! Been storing up my calorie intake for days for this! Best thing about Mother's Day for me is she likes to treat!
