Cheap cell phone plan recommendation.

Hi, I am looking for a really cheap cell phone plan.

I am currently on telus prepaid, 10 dollars a month plus 10 dollars for 2500 text messages. I don't use the phone much but this play is about 23 dollars for 50 minutes with 2500 text messages.

There seem to be a bunch of plans for 25 to 35 with more minutes and unlimited text and data.

I want to pay as little as possible as I rarely use the phone, but text a lot and would like a small data plan with a phone that has wifi.

Let me know what plans and provider you have for under 35 a month.

Check out Virgin, not sure about texting to be honest but Virgin has some real good prepaid options.

There is a $35 monthly pre-paid from Virgin mobile with unlimited texting and 250 mb of data as well as unlimited evenings and weekends after 7pm.

So to make daytime calls, you have to have some money in your virgin mobile account.

if you look at koodo right now they have a 40$ "the works" plan that offers 200+ minutes, unlimited text, free evenings and weekends and "plenty of data". their phones are pretty good and they run off bell/telus towers so you rarely llose signal

Wind has a $29 Unlimited ( Data + Text +Local Talk) deal and Mobilicity has a similar plan for $25 at the moment.

I bought a Koodle plan, It's been very good, they had a special that had double time and double minute, a few days after I signed up . and they upgraded me to that plan for free. I also got a nice samsung Galaxy IIx phone and a 75 future store gift card. Service has been great. I'm very happy with this company.
