Favourite Songs That Never Sound Dated

Recommended Posts

Yes, yet another song thread.

I was thinking about songs that still hold up, timeless masterpieces that never sound old or dated. You can play them today and they still hold the magic.

I'll start with my all-time favourite:

Bohemian Rhapsody by Queen (1975)

Interesting Read about the origin of the Song:

Quite often I will hear a song and it will stay with me until another one moves me. Right now it's Ian Thomas' Painted Ladies.

Any song from Cher. My mother used to look just like her when she was younger. My mother swears I looked like Wiona Rider in the movie mermaids when I was younger too. When I watch the movie mermaids it makes me think of our little family and my mother. So any song by Cher makes me happy.
