It's actually not that hard. You just sort of go with the flow, really. I mean, is it really that hard to figure out what to do if the woman is busy blowing the other dude? Obviously you should be pleasuring her, or fucking her. You decide! If you feel like switching, you switch it up! People just naturally shift partners, switch positions, etc. You're thinking too much!
