Hmmm, Not sure what to make of this? Are you guys saying you would not welcome posts with ladies photos on the site? Those threads seam to be popular threads here. Are you concerned that people's post counts go up when they post jokes and photos like this? I suspect some people see the post counts as a way to give value to a member and maybe some of you feel that if post counts that are high because of jokes and photos contributed to the site it is in some way "cheating"?? am I on the right path? If so I should mention that Seymour (who I think is the focus of these two comments from IGB and Pete) is a HUGE help to me here on the board!! He lets me know when posts are made in the wrong area's almost daily and he seams to have the sites interests in mind. Just today he mentioned a similar user name that could be a conflict to me. I actually really value his help. Also keep in mind that a number of people have commented that they enjoy his joke posts. It may not be your "cup of tea" and he may not have tonnes of recommendations (not everyone can afford to be so involved in the hobby as some of our top posters) but I would hate to see someone say that he is not appreciated here. Maybe I just never give him public thanks for all the help he gives me and I should. Both Pete and IGB help a lot as well - often Pete and Seymour will send me the same requests to fix threads posted in the wrong spots and duplicate recommendations (and I VERY much appreciate this from everyone who does this as I often miss them). I just don't want anyone to undervalue another member for reasons like this and I most certainly would not want Seymour or anyone else feeling like they were not welcome here. If you don't like the posts just skip em. If you are concerned about the high post count... I can assure you Seymour helps a great deal here behind the scenes and is very much a valued member in my books. I applogise for not saying thanks to those who deserve it more often but you guys and gals keep me very busy!
