  1. I had the sheer pleasure of meeting this fantastic lady. She's very easy to talk to. She is by no means shy, and can work with you to get things moving in the right direction. Very open minded young lady! There is street parking available, and the space was comfortable with a number of toys at her disposal.
  2. I have wanted to try attending a gb for some time now. I suppose a gb scenario started by a service provider would probably be the best option. My issue has been with the kink community gang bangs. I fully appreciate they are intended typically for the woman's pleasure. For whatever the reasons, it hasn't worked out for me joining in these little "clubs" so to speak. After enough rejections you tend to shy away from such things.
  3. Hi Christine, sorry for taking so long to respond to this message; however, I misplaced my Plantronics documentation. Then I find it was right in front of me all along. :sighs: I am not sure if you had the documentation that comes with the Plantronics blue-tooth combination headphones / mic. The following is what is listed : "Operating Systems Configuration: <pre-amble not included. If you want it let me know.> Windows XP 1. Go to start < Control Panel > Sounds and Audio Devices 2. Do not select the mute option. 5. Select OK Windows Vista 1. Note: Any spelling errors are solely my own and in no way the fault of the manufacturer. Note Note: Although this should toast your computer. If it does, my apologies, but I do not take any responsibility for misuse, misunderstanding, misrepresentation, misguided, misfortune... Please let me know if you've tried this, or if this works/doesn't for you.

    mac vs pc?

Here is my experiences, thoughts, and comments: 1) I used to run with windows all the time, made the switch to Mac book Pro, 8Gigs Ram, 5200 RPM hard drive. For the most part, very very happy. Mac Pro's: - Easy to get into, very quick upstart - Supports Mac version of Office - Runs well Con's: - Don't expect the selection of games to be as great. Specifically your mention of Civ V. I have been using the Steam client version of Civ V and when you get advanced into the game things start to studder. Be it the game design on the mac platform, or the mac platform itself, I know not. - This one I list in the con's, but it is really both highly beneficial and yet a con at the same time. Apple does it apple's way. Essentially things are developed to their standards and theirs little wiggle room to experiment. I like this because everything does seem to work together well. The bad part is, I want to make a small tweak here and there that would be simple on the windows platform, can't be done.
  5. In response to the question about contracting HIV with BBBJ, here is but one source which indicates that although it has been proven that HIV and other STD/STI's can be contracted orally it is rather low. I haven't seen actual statistics as of yet. http://hivinsite.ucsf.edu/hiv?page=basics-00-08 quote: There are a few known cases of people getting HIV from giving oral sex (licking or sucking). There are no known cases of someone getting HIV from receiving oral sex (being licked or sucked). Experts believe that oral sex without protection is less risky than other kinds of sex, but all agree that it is possible to get HIV from giving oral sex to an HIV-infected partner without protection, especially if the HIV-infected partner ejaculates in the mouth. Certain factors, such as the presence of any cuts or sores in the mouth, are thought to increase the riskiness of oral sex.
  6. I had this horrible thought/feeling the other day. I was reading an article in the ottawa citizen about child pornography. Then I saw the article about this new bill. I thought to myself what if they scanned the net and saw my name next to a trigger "child porn". And now I'm labelled as a pedophile. I fully appreciate that we want to get rid of criminals such as pedophiles, and protect children. In a perfect world this could be done and no one would abuse the system. All too often though it is being abused and that's why it shouldn't be allowed.
  7. As mentioned, GIMP is not easy. That being said, if you've ever tried GIMP in the past there has been vast improvements in the ease of use. Very similar to photoshop. It is free and has a lot of powerful features built in with numerous free guides to assist you along your way.
  8. Even thought I try to maintain what I feel is generally a basic level of goodness within my life, I admit I am not a religious person; however, while reading this thread I have to ponder at what point do our lines become blurred? At what point is sexual behaviour move from being a right (which fundamentally I agree) to acknowledging that some former teachings still hold true. I'm always interested to hear from people who practice their religious beliefs and how we can evolve our fundamental why of thinking to include safe, sane sexual practices. I am open (after taking a number of years to really come to terms with and appreciate) to poly relationships, gays, lesbians, take your pick. So long as your a good person, your a good person know matter what your sexual preferences may be. That being said, I think there must be some basis for past beliefs to still hold true. Perhaps arguments for monogamous relationships could be made due to the higher risk of STD/I's. Perhaps rights and responsibilities should go hand in hand? Sorry, I'm rambling... past my bed time :)
  9. Absolutely, no means no. I have no qualms with this statement. However, why do women dress "slutty". I say women because I can't think of a single time I've seen a man dress slutty. I understand someone dressing up, dressing sexy, good grooming. But I don't understanding young teens and up dressing in mini-skirts that don't go below their rears, with high heels and a crop top and no bra (oh I have seen it walking down the street). Or tight jeans with the thongs hanging out the top. I love to look at them, but I have seen some that sneer at men who "gawk" or "stare". Sorry, but if it's hot and sexy I think I'd have to admit I'll look. Touching is a whole other ball game to me. If anyone says no or if the situation feels awkward but they haven't said no I stop. Period.
  10. I was listening to the radio station just before I went to vote. The DJ made a comment which makes me shudder. "It doesn't matter who you vote for, just vote". Something seems terribly wrong when we promote this manner of non-thinking, just get in there and mark any old box at all because you have the right. With rights come responsibilities. This is something we often forget. How about you *don't* vote. How about you stop for a moment and reflect on which party is best suited to represent your needs and wants. For that matter, how about we actually pay attention instead to the MP's we are electing. Of which I could find absolutely nothing about my local MP's. Zero, nada. Well sorry, I think I saw a picture. It is a serious shame how we are provided so little information about the people we have control over electing. Yet we are expected, and legally required to "just get out there and vote". I went out there and voted. Likely this will not benefit me in any way shape or form. Likely this will not result in any noticeable change at all. But now I have the right to complain?
  11. In addition to the Mod's advise, I recommend disconnecting your ethernet cable before re-installing windows XP (having a clean copy of the latest service pack on hand is very useful). I found in the past there was an exploit in windows that as soon as I re-installed my computer was compromised again. I unplugged from the network and re-installed, patched and re-connected and was fine. This may be less of a concern if you are behind a firewall. Also, I've found it more effective to boot into safe mode before running a scan. Most of the virus' I have encountered relied on the system loading something in the background (namely drivers). This avoided them being loaded and gave the system a chance to detect them. I am a little foggy on how they clean. I suspect most viruses are not cleaned, but (as the software seems to suggest) renamed and placed into a "vault". This may be cause for system instability over time and may require a system fix, or better yet a reformat. Regardless, Windows appears to function better when re-installed on occasion. You may wish to check how much space you have free on your hard drive. When running less then a gig your sure to have sever system degradation. That's all I got.
  12. I agree with cancelling an appointment when one is feeling ill. So long as this is not used as an excuse to skip an appointment. I would caution, from personal experience, that if one chooses to not kiss then please ensure an effort is made to make the client feel as though you are mentally present. I'm not sure how else to describe it; however, I find it an extreme turn off to spend time (and to a lesser extent for me, money) and not be able to kiss, nor have my partner look at me. It's a simple thing in my mind. Oft times though it is over-looked and I'm left feeling a little wanton! ShaZam!
  13. If the wheel is down, I still see no reason you can't sneak on for some fun. But then, I'm pretty open minded about everything.
  14. I think the better question is not why the media is full of such reprehensible reporting, so much as why has the publics interest shifted away from well balanced reporting to wanting glamour stories? I sit back and ponder the last number of decades. Even someone as young as I can clearly recall news in the past focused on world events, finance, etc. Clearly some publications still exist that cover these things; however, I think the majority of publications now are catering to following celebrities, covering topics such as these, biased and/or uneducated views. The majority of north american society is clearly eating this up. Money is there to be made on it. Why, I don't know.
