The mods on this Board refuse to take down any post even if harmful to a SP?MPA. Years ago i asked the mods to remove posts about a certain sex worker. This was done on her behalf and she also asked. She needed to protect her identity and faced serious repercussions if her reviews were her. The same request was made of the "other" Board. The other board removed them. The mod here gave me penalty points for questioning his judgement. Recently I made a post with TMI (too much info). I posted something that was a YMMV thing, thinking it was standard service. Both the SP/MPA and I asked the mod to edit the post. Nothing ever happened. I used to support the mods, but tonight my message to them is "FUCK YOU". You will do anything for your money, but accept no responsibility for any of your actions. ADIOS!!!!!

Why don't you wait and see if you get a replacement for him. If you do you haven't lost anything and can return his money. Otherwise negotiate what is a fair settlement.

Because some MPAs offer bj. That classifies them as escorts in the CERB advertising world. Don't be confused though as many who advertise in the MPA section also offer this service too. As always YMMV

However many of your competitors on BP, as well as some members of CERB will negotiate their rate depending on how busy they are.It is an industry norm.Even many agencies will reduce their fee on occasion.Just look how many ads there are on CERB advertising "specials". If I have seen that you have advertised a special, I will ask if it is still available. What is the harm in that? Instead of being insulted just good naturally reply " Not today, but I'll let you know if i ever have a special for new clients" or "hah ha good try, but I''ll give you the time of your life for my regular rate". If you get insulted and respond accordingly you will turn potential clients off. These potential clients could be "cash cows" in the future. Most people that I know who are self employed, have varying rates depending on how busy they are and whether they want to attract potential clients. Some of my regulars i have met through a discounted rate. They were so good that I was quite prepared to pay "full freight" on repeat visits.

My ATF has retired and I won't mention her since she has gone on to bigger and better things.

I'm not sure what you mean by illegal activities. For example what is wrong in asking an MPA what her restrictions are, or if she ever does bj ending. Lots do bj ending, and those are who I want to spend my $$ on. Also i don't think its so bad to ask if there are any special rates today (especially in a snow storm). Lots of MPAs and SPs advertise specials on CERB. Maybe they have one going and I missed their ad.
