I wonder if this could have been solved by giving the donation before the session started? Of course you never know how well things will turn out sometime you could be out of there in 15 minutes because there is no chemistry and then you still lose. I always book for the hour and if things don't go like I want I just walk out, but I have stayed longer before and offered to pay extra and was refused the money, I did leave a tip. Just saying !
