Great job momma's boy and needfun !

I always said that there are those who do and other that will take advantage of that to make a living. I used to work for a company part-time and when they would have a problem in the manufacturing department they would ask employees for their input. I would talk to the full time guys and I always had great ideas but since I was not a full time employee I could not be involved with management. Nonetheless I felt it was my duty to help solve problems so I shared those ideas and many times they used them but it was the other employee that got the credit for it and eventually moved up the ladder. My motto was and is still "if you are not part of the solution then you may be part of the problem". I may be off from the subject here Christine but I can relate to what has happened to you.
