It also helps to turn the email/text alert off so it won't peep when an email or text does come in. I understand that it is a normal accepted practice that a SP will not return a text after a short period of say 15-30 minutes.

Thank you, qwertyaccount. I did find out the URL of the website and had also contacted the mod and the advertiser. The mod suggested that this was most likely an issue with the advertiser's website. The latter said they did a website virus scan and found nothing.
