  1. Without knowing more about what you need to do it is very difficult to say. However I will through out some stuff. I assume the first one is too obvious to mention, but again without knowing more I have to cover the bases. The G.I.M.P. http://www.gimp.org The GIMP will be all you need if you are doing entirely digital work, might lack a bit when you go to print if you need professional printing services. More and more extensions for photo specific functions are being made all the time. Being completely free is always a great feature. A little searching on the web for GIMP + whatever you need (eg sharpening features) usually gets what you need. Lightzone http://www.lightcrafts.com Not free in any sense but for $200 you can get Lightzone which is an image editing programme dedicate to just photo work. It does minor miracles on photographic images in terms of image qualities -colour, light, etc. They have a $50 mini programme for basic photo improvements called Aurora. Windows only, so never used it. RawTherapee http://rawtherapee.com I think with version 3 there is now a Windows version of Rawtherape. It has RAW in its name for a reason -it is meant for manipulating photos taken from a camera in RAW format. Lot sof tools for tweaking every aspect of the shot. Now completely free. Off the top of my head that is all I can suggest for Windows. No problem to provide follow up advice if you need it or would like to elaborate on the type of work you will be doing or if you pleasantly surprise me with the news that you are not on Windows. Remember Toine's point, though. Blurry is blurry. Sharpening tools can sharpen things, but they cannot make up a whole new photo from an all blurry old one.
  2. ladiitrill: Most men prefer blondes, but some do not and all heterosexual men like women. :-) I strongly prefer brunettes yet I can think of 1 or 2 friends and 5 or so work colleagues who are very blonde and I would not have it any other way with them. I try not get too hung up on it despite my preferences. (For the record not enough female red heads in the world.) I have a close friend I met online who I say without any hesitation or fear of being thought of as being hyperbolic is the most beautiful woman in the world. (Ever person I said that to laughed at me then apologised to me after meeting her.) It blew me away when I found out her hair was dyed. Her red seemed so natural, but it turns out she is a blonde by birth and chooses to be a red-head. Me, I say try a different colour now and then. Experimentation is good, so I will look forward to seeing you as a blonde just to check it out. However, you to me seem to very "brunnettie". I realize that is not in any way a real word. Perhaps if I was a woman I could articulate it better and explain what colour temperature your complexion goes with or some-such. I do know part of it is those deep, gorgeous brown eyes. There may be a bias with me due to the fact that everything about you was my normally "preferred type". Eye colour, height, bust size, general figure type, everything about you was seemingly coming off a check-list for me. Now you removed the check next to "hair colour" from that list. :-) This why I encourage you to make sure the blonde thing is not permanent. But that is just me. You do what makes you feel enthusiastic about yourself and have fun with things like this. Do not worry about the men folk. We are going to be flocking your way either way.
  3. Amelia: I totally go with natural, with implants being no grounds for disqualification for me. At the beginning of the summer I saw an SP I met via CERB visiting Halifax from Montreal who has implants and I must admit she looked great that way and I enjoy contact with her breasts. Had to say that for full disclosure, but still a natural guy. How large a woman's breasts are is not the end all and be all of how attractive men find her breasts and how impressive a woman's breasts are is not the end all and be all of how attractive men find her. I can fully understand how a different impression is given to women, but the above is more the case. Hey, Candii, I had no idea we were thinking exactly the same thing when we met.
  4. The reason I said I felt like I was TOFTT but really was not was because I am new so I am not vetted and not part of the team yet. All the incidents with communication problems would throw me off too, but everything was good for me. I feel lucky. That is all I can say and hopefully I will eventually be seen as more than a mysterious new member who just popped up. I did lurk for some time then made some posts after my lurking allowed me to meet some of the fine service provides who choose to advertise on CERB. Appreciate the veterans who shared their comments.
  5. Sorry about being late with this post. I saw Candii on Friday. Everything went normal, contacted her via PM, gave her an email address and I had an appointment and met her within a day of sending out my first message. Accommodating, and she replied to everything I sent her. Candii requested I phone her a certain time before our appointment and I had to ask her for the phone number. That tiny bit of forgetfulness, which I know I have done myself in the past, was the only hick-up in communication. I went to she her at a location in Halifax in a nice neighbourhood with trees and not much traffic. It was a short distance from the opposite. As for Candii herself I really lucked out. Not sure what to expect, felt like it was bit of "taking one for the team" (even though that is not true) as there was not much known about her. She was nice, gorgeous, (exactly my type too) and I enjoyed what we did together. Very positive on her. Was nervous going in, and I know not all gambles end up well, but this one did. Went from nervous to this is fantastic. Not enough posts to be allowed to do a recommendation post. However if you ask me, I will recommend her. Candii said she moved to Halifax from another city. I have no doubt she will have many male friends here soon. Candii is nice, she is hot, and all is legitimate and good with her as far as I witnessed. Feel free to ask follow up questions, either here, or via PM depending on which you feel would be best.
  6. Thanks for sharing your info, onlyhotties123. That sounds reasonable and I now feel more confident in contacting her after reading your post. I do want to meet Candii. Candii, if you are reading this, please know that you mentioned you welcome email contacts, but did not post an email address. It is reasonable if you would like to not send that info out until you talk to someone via PM, but since it is possible you meant to give it out already like many some service providers do I thought it should be pointed out just in case. Based on seeing your photos, I expect it will be an inbox that will fill up very quickly!
  7. Took a while to find a time we were both available, but we did it. To anyone reading this who has not seen Keissy but is thinking about it, know this: the experience lived up to everything the guys above said. I went to the hotel wondering if spending the time and money on this was a good idea. It was not two minutes into the session and I was regretting not booking a two hour session instead of one. Do not have enough posts to be allowed to post in the recommendation archive, and this is probably not the place for details. If anyone wants a full blown recommendation from me, PM me I guess. Keissy mentioned she was planning on visiting other cities this summer. When she announces them and one of them is yours, definitely make that booking. (BTW, very positive on Chrystal as well.)
  8. Hello, all. I saw that Keissy Hennessey is coming to Halifax and I thought I should share why I intend to book a time to see her without having had previous experiences with Keissy. Back in October I saw another service provider visiting from Montreal, Chrystal (http://www.cerb.ca/vbulletin/member.php?u=30412). There was difficulty in booking the appointment, communication problems on both ends. When I finally saw her in person I said I was glad we got together before she left and that it would have been especially ironic if I had not met any visiting service providers as there were a bunch of them visiting from out of town at once that week. Chrystal asked who and I told her the names I saw here on this website advertising their presence in Halifax that week. When I said "and a lady named Keissy Hennessey." Chrystal immeaditely blurted out "You have to see her!". She went to say how great Keissy is and highly recommend her for me. This made such an impression I contacted Keissy as soon as I saw she was coming back and hope to see her soon. (My first post. Thanks to the administrator for running CERB. Can't believe I did not post earlier, has it really been since before October of last year I have been reading entries here? Wow. :-))
