  1. Cato: Argh... if I had to pick one over the others it would take until the end of time. When each one came on the seen I was blown away. Never seen Billie Piper as a red head before, OMGx100. Three godesses, not choosing, just feeling lucky all three were on the show. And i am totally with you for old school Doctor Who. Romana was always a favourite in general, and a favourite hottie.
  2. I assume you mean a voicemail message? If not, I apologize. Otherwise, phone your cell phone from another phone, then when it goes to voicemail press the button to enter the menu for voicemail, on Telus I think it is "*" but I am not 100% on that. It will prompt you to enter your passcode, then you can manage and listen to your voicemails. If you do this from a VoIP app on your computer or a different phone you can then record the call assuming the VoIP programme you choose offers this feature. Many of them do. You may need to register a VoIP account, too, but free trials are available sometimes.
  3. The purpose of TOR is to hide your location in general, not make up a new one. Some systems trying to figure out where you are may just get confused and block you on that basis. Also, a system may be programmed to allow only users from the US for example and TOR can make you appear from anywhere. For example, you are Canada, but the system thinks you are from Brazil and is programmed to reject all non US traffic. In this hypothetical example, TOR will not help. It is just the wrong tool for what you are trying. All the above suggestions are good, and I think finding a VPN ....... specific to this problem is best.

This is another vote of support for Keepass/KeepassX.
  5. jafo: Glad you have something working for you. Keep in mind Skype is just a popular brand and not the only way to do this. When Microsoft bought Skype they spent 10s of millions of dollars to change the Skype infrastructure just to spy on the users. Also, this means that eventually Skype will be Windows only cutting off some people you may wish to speak to. I suspect none of your friends will agree to it because people in general are lazy in breaking habbits and reluctant to try anything not mentioned on TV, but should you need to get off Skype (and I understand that you did not indicate that you do, just thinking for the future) look up SIP communication software. SIP is an open technical standard while Skype is particular product controlled by one company. There are thousands of SIP based software packages for voice and video communication and you can encrypt their data for privacy. If you ever need to go that extra distance and pay to connect to a landline you will then have hundreds of providers competing on price for your business.
  6. Christy: If you are not raving about Salavitori's there is no hope for you. :-) I second Bramoso. Even more so though, I recommend On the Wedge in the Sunnyside Mall in Bedford. Now I know what you are thinking, a mall food court place, but seriously it is gourmet pizza and very good. Very different recipes. Moon Pie is unique and delcious. Not been around on CERB much due to a sudden health problem developed last year and I can only eat a tiny amount of cheese and a tiny amount of tomatoes now, so pizza is not practical for me anymore. I miss it. Allot. Friend of mine got the place in his neighbourhood (Alexandra's in Hammonds Plains) to make a pizza using some sort of mustard base. I realize this sounds full on insane but it worked. I could have a slice and half and it was great. Will try to get more details if you are interested.

When you said web host I assumed an actual website was being made. Never even thought of that Wix type stuff. Good spotting Emily J. Plenty of people here you can ask for help should you like to move off of Wix.

I bought a Logitech Harmony remote and was very unhappy with it all. You have to register your info with Logitech to use it, and they make it hard for no real reason to use with all platforms. They also limit how many times you can reprogramme it. You may like it better like srch4intimacy did, however know one person (me) didn't and there are other high end universal remotes out there. Seriously you will get it all figured out it. Keep trying, ask questions here if need be.

    video host sites

How is that possible that they do not allow video? How would they even know? Do they have the time to review the videos on every website and every change made to every website every day? I would demand my money back and move the domain and files elsewhere and ask for an apology for the misleading advertising calling themselves a web host. If you cannot upload the videos to your own website with them maybe you could point the URLs of the video tags to a second host. Get a second account, but that seems like allot of trouble. Cancelling, setting up an account elsewhere and copying and pasting the files over there would be easiest probably.
  10. I am in Halifax. Sent you a PM on this subject.
  11. I do not have statistics to back this up, but I have every confidence that 99.9% of people who had something horrible happen in a car accident at an intersection said afterwards that they could see everything was clear in all direction for as far as the eye could see. Definitely would stop.
  12. Most web hosting companies will do all the work for you when it comes to domain name registration. So many do I would not bother with one that does not. If they allow "adult only" material just ask if they take care of domain name registration. Most do and just add a charge to your bill for their cost of registering the name. No matter what though, in the name of all silicon goodness, never, ever, and to stress it just a little more -never, use Go Daddy.
  13. I saw a service provider who advertises on BP as Sammy. She usually calls herself "Sammy Baby". There is more than one SP who uses this name, this one is from Toronto and visits Halifax now and then. Describes herself as "Blonde curly hair, golden eyes, 100lbs/34b/5'3" and I would say that is accurate. Saw her for an hour, it was great. Although she is very thin and some women can easily be too thin, she is beautifully curved and it just works on her. I would use the word gorgeous without hesitation. Additionally, I would call her understanding and nice. If you saw her photos and were impressed, call her. Think she is suitable for those who worry about being new at this, or "just want to be sure of a good time", etc. Thinking about it -see her. Told her about CERB. :-) As always, feel free to PM me for more details if interested.
  14. People make incidental comments about Lilly now and then and they are always positive. Surprised by the lack of posted recommendations I admit, but I always thought or her as being accepted as being legitimate. Would like to see her myself.
  15. Aubrey, add me to me the list of people willing to provide help. Ask questions in public, PM me or get my email from a PM and ask there. Whatever you like. Or we can even do a real time chat at some point if it would help. I know this will sound crazy at first, but I think you would benefit from trying to find online episodes of the television series Bits and Bytes. It is very, very old, which is normally in the computer world a bad thing, but it sounds to me like it would help. It is so old that it felt a need to explain he very basics. There are episodes that are useless to you, like one that give specific instructions on how to use computer that they stopped making in 1984 with a modem so you can connect to other computers at 300 baud. However, they do things like explain how computer memory is measured. The numbers they use will be small, but it is the same idea as we use today. For example, they will tell you what bits are, how they make up megabytes, and they act like 1 megabyte is beyond human comprehension, while today a $35 computer will have 512 megabytes of memory. The idea is the same though, memory still works in computers the same way, a bit is still a bit, a byte is still a byte. That is just one example, basic concepts like that are what the series mostly covers, they just frequently intersperse it with what is now obsolete specifics of their day. Again though just as for help if you have questions.
  16. I saw Sophia and at the end of our time when I told her how good it was she said "I hope you give me a good review." The tone suggested she was hoping to get any review up because there were none at the time. Well, jeastman72 beat me to it, so I put off writing this. Should have done it earlier. Cannot pinpoint a specific thing about her that made it such a good appointment. Sophia is just very nice to talk to, easy going, and good with the pleasuring we'll say. And yes, she is pretty. jeastman72's kind soul comment rung true with me. With Sophia it is an overall experience that makes it so good with her, no one particular thing. I recommend seeing her. Wish I could articulate it more as I do not want such a short recommendation post to be interrupted as not raving enough about it. I may not be saying allot, but I want the message to be clear and definitive -you should see Sophia!
  17. When I have more time I will write a proper recommendation. In the meantime I wanted to tell the CERB folks that I saw Sophia Diamond and she was pretty, nice, skilled, and was a very good time. Please try to see her while she is in Halifax, thus encouraging a return in the future. :-) Thanks.
  18. -The heated seats on the car I had previous to my current one did took what felt like forever before they got warm. -My current car does not have heated seats. The first problem is one I actually complained about out loud to someone I was giving a ride to a few weeks after I got the car. She had moved to Canada from a third world country about 4 months earlier. Moments later I realised what I was saying and tried to backtrack. I said something like "yeah, i know it came with the car, but heated seats are what is the word I am looking for... they are over the top, a little much... they are..." and she interrupted by saying "Good. The word is good." She was not used to cold and appreciated them more than I.
  19. Pablog/Johnny: Unless there is a specific physical type you want, I feel OK giving you recommendations. This is based on who I find physically attractive and who I have confidence will make the process easy for you because I know what you mean and felt it when I was reading your posts. Visitors: Next week, Keissy Hennessey will be visiting. Amazing in many ways. She will be good for you. Locals: See Emily Wilson or Destiny Devine. Both great, similar types in terms of hair colour, figure type, etc. Contact one of them and if she prefers the phone when you call just say "Hello, is this Emily/Devine/whomever?" and if it is follow up with "I saw your ad on CERB. Would like to meet with you." and from there have a normal, but discreet conversation about when and where. If she prefers email start with a hello, and build up to "this is my name" and "i would like to see you around this time". Keep in mind you never know what is going on, and for discretion reasons she may not be able to take the call or have to go suddenly. Do not have over the moon fantasies/expectations, be nice to whomever you make an appointment with, use common sense and discretion with all your actions. If you have to hide this from someone specific read advice about covering your tracks here on CERB. (Delete browser history, emails, etc.) Read some stuff from the ""New to this? Things you should know..." topic. The last element for having a good experience is who are you seeing and there are no guarantees because different people mix differently, but if I have to generalise I will gladly throw out the names above. The three ladies I mentioned have write ups in the recommendation section you can check out. Edit later -Emily Wilson deserves credit for jumping into this thread. That should make her less "scary". And she is a super hot chick who just admitted to enjoying browsing through photos of other beautiful women, how awesome is that? :-)
  20. I should have added a comment to her review. They all seem accurate to my experience. No need to think about it when it comes to Emily, just see her.
  21. Emily: Bottom line is stuff can be copied if someone wants to copy it. You do own the copyright on it though like others mentioned. My suggestion is to add a copyright notice to the text, especially in the page code. You already own the copyright when it was created as already mentioned, but proving it is the issue usually. If you actually sued someone though I am sure your web host would provide logs and they can show when you uploaded the text in question. If they know they copied your stuff, then even a threat of a copyright suit may be enough to scare the persons straight. I realise this can be a a bother, but one or two successful suits might scare others into not doing it ever. When it comes to images, steganography is your best friend. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Steganography If you need help with a particular piece of steganography software feel free to ask. It is nice of you to be a nice person, but I think you should shame those in question by pointing them out here where we know you. Public places, well, Lexi covered that, but here everyone knows you and would believe you and know you are doing it for a good reason.
  22. Hello, everyone. When I see a Service Provider I try to say a genuine thank you at the end of our appointment because I appreciate the fact the service provided was being offered and it cannot be a simple thing to do. Recently I had an incident that made it hit home with me more about the little problems that come up for SPs. Went to see a lady I had an appointment with, but everything went array. Her phone went to a recording about not having voicemail the first time I called, battery on my Wi-Fi phone died, hotel staff would only let me use their phone on a limited basis as it was long distance, and I could not hear properly things said on the nearby pay phone. Due to all of this I talked to her briefly at one point and need to call a second time and was unable to communicate that second time. When I first got a hold of her she was thoughtful enough despite me being late getting a hold of her to tell me to let her have some time and call her back. Now she was being nice by doing this, so do not get me wrong, but she had a tone. There was a sub-text, and it was sub-conscious, uncontrollable. She was being nice to me, but I could tell running through her brain was an intense "Again. A late caller, again? Why are my clients idiots?" Hopefully she forgave me and understands after receiving the explanation I emailed her. I do not know, maybe she will add me to the list of stupid problems the business has. My point though is, while she was being nice about it, I could tell this was an ongoing bothersome problem. That made it hit home more. So ladies on top of the big obvious "thank you" for your services, thank you for keeping going despite the no-shows, false bookings, stupid questions, poor attitudes from your clients and for passing through the bad luck days.
  23. Due to random shift work I have trouble sleeping in general, and as exemplified by this moment, am often up at 2:00am. Too bad you are not taking calls for now, Allyson, because I would see you at 2:00am. :-)
  24. Scampy, if you are that nervous, stick to ladies who not only advertise here but have seen severl CERB members so we know everything is on the up and up with here. Also, you may want to focus on ads or comments from other members that refer to qualities such as good at making one feel comfortable. Then after an appointment or two, start experimenting with BP, etc. Always perform due diligence though. Check the photos on tineye and ask around CERB. Send a email to judge her general attitude. I did a recent taking one for the team for a BP ad, and will probably do one again soon, but you seem very nervous, not just weary. So start easy. :-)
