I'm proud of you(and you). We all are. Bringing a major habit/lifestyle to an end is life changing and difficult to go at it alone and I'm glad there is so much support to reach out to and swallow the pain. There are reasons behind what we do and looking to the future is great, by uncovering the past the healing can begin to ensure we deal with our issues instead of replacing one habit with another. I highly recommend sorting everything out with a psychiatrist to assist you Work through issues and help deal with day to day, psychotherapy, and cognitive thinking, this really does speed up recovery and put things into perspective and pieces back together. I wear my sunglasses whenever I go outside even in stores sometimes I talk to products in stores, especially the price tag When I walk with someone, I like to hold onto their arm I can always find a better way of doing things(bosses hate me) I wake up in the middle of sleeping with an idea and have to do it! Now this is freedom! (Nude gyms aren't for me..but) I have been to nudist events! The nudest events are always the happiest-go-lucky people and we always have a great time being naked. The crowd has a great mix of ages, races and professions and none of that matters because when we're there, no one is a brand name or care where you live or about your personal life. It's a place without cares or judgment. A place where awesomeness can prevail, come together and are joined by bearing it all - sharing a very special moment of intimate interest. Very cool.
