  1. I think that there are two issues here: personal taste and fashion. For ladies and men of a certain age, their first sexual experiences involved hair down there. If a person was bald in the nether regions, it might be thought that they had unwelcome visitors or some other unfortunate condition. Doctors, at least those who would discuss it, advised against shaving because in ingrown hairs and consequent infections. Pubic hair was (and is) sexy! i The shaved look has definitely taken hold in the past 15 or so years. That being said, fashion can change and I would not be surprised to see, before the decade is over, many more bushes. Personally, being a man of a certain age, I am very fond of a well maintained bush.
  2. Many of my friends tell me that they receive this service free of charge and on a regular basis at home. Kinky, I know, but such is married life for some poor souls
  3. Justice Himel's ruling was stayed for 30 days from September 28 and another 30 days (60 days total). Counsel for the sex workers, Alan Young, will not oppose further stays if the matter proceeds quickly to the Ontario Court of Appeal. This is on its way to the Supreme Court of Canada given its national importance. If her decision is not stayed, it makes the appeal to the Supreme Court pointless. I fully support Justice Himel's decision but, to be realistic, the law will not change until the Supremes have their say.
  4. The ruling has been stayed until the end of this month and probably will be extended until the Ontario Court of Appeal hears the case. Even then, that ruling will almost certainly be appealed to the Supreme Court of Canada. Unless fast tracked, that final hearing could take years. The interesting thing will be to see if the laws are aggressively enforced, given the ruling. It is an extremely well thought out decision and worth reading. That being said, why would anyone state an address on Cerb? Court ruling or not, services are confidential and providers should be entitled to their privacy.
  5. An old but very scary movie - Dead of Night (1945). A series of scary tales, the scariest being the story of a ventriloquist and his dummy.
  6. Sadly, you can expect an appeal of the decision. Ultimately it will be decided at the Supreme Court of Canada, assuming leave to appeal is granted after it is heard at the Ontario Court of Appeal. Given its national importance, I would expect that leave will be granted. That being said, a good day for sex workers. It takes a lot of patience and very hard work to litigate this issue. Rudy
  7. It is my pet peeve -- the misuse of the words discreet and discrete. I appreciate that part of the confusion may be a French/English choice of words to denote confidential or private (discreet in English and discrete in French). In English discrete means separate or apart -- probably not the intention of someone who suggests a "discrete" encounter. Now don't get me going on irregardless. Rudy3
  8. Ah, the joys of intelligent conversation between the sexes. It can only enhance the total sensual experience. The ladies I have remembered most fondly combined sexual technique with advanced listening and communication skills. A little dirty talk never hurts either!
