This is not a negative comment, just a statement that "there's always a bad apple in every barrel". I think we can all agree that CERB is the best environment for establishing an SP / client relationship, BUT we shouldn't dismiss everyone on the other boards which have been discussed here. So, when a comment is read which one may wish to respond to, but responding might not be the "safest" thing to do, maybe they see using negative rep as a safe way of applying negative comments. I've only used positive rep to date, but haven't considered using negative rep.

I got my first tattoo last year, and loved it, and it will probably be the first of two or three that I end up getting. For me, it's just my personal taste but I find that a woman is sexy without a tattoo, but one or two or three tastefully placed tattoos to accent her form can be a real turn-on.
