  1. That was excellent. :D Reminded me of this: I am very much in favour of spontaneous acts of public musicality and glee.
  2. Peace and quiet is on the top of my list! Followed closely by rowdiness and glee, and then I wouldn't mind some snow, some mulled wine, and some new music and good poetry to occupy my time.
  3. I'm training to be an actor and loving it! I also love to write, and I think I'm pretty good at that too. :D Art is wonderful.
  4. Without hesitation! I love cats. We would sit on/under some fuzzy blankets, looking out the window, a cup of hot cocoa in my hands, until the storm had passed. Would you wear an extravagant costume in public on a day that does not dictate its necessity? (so not halloween, and no Santa Claus costumes around the holidays)
  5. I'm slowly emerging from this rock I've been living under. :p True Blood Daria Moral Orel Secret Diary of a Call Girl! The Daily Show The Colbert Report Game of Thrones GLee (ashamedly) Get Smart Black Butler Death Note Will and Grace Parks and Recreation The Office (both the US and UK versions) 30 Rock And lastly, the occasional episode of Jersey Shore, to watch with cocktails (for shaame!)
  6. Smelly feet if I'd walked far. Smelly breath if I'd eaten plenty of garlic. Both if I'd gone hiking up a mountain to a Shawarma shop. Would you spend a month in total solitude? (No phones, internet, etc.)
  7. "Do not believe in anything simply because you have heard it. Do not believe in anything simply because it is spoken and rumored by many. Do not believe in anything simply because it is found written in your religious books. Do not believe in anything merely on the authority of your teachers and elders. Do not believe in traditions because they have been handed down for many generations. But after observation and analysis, when you find that anything agrees with reason and is conducive to the good and benefit of one and all, then accept it and live up to it." -Buddha
  8. Horseradish. Not on its own- I need a vehicle for the horseradish. But I'm quite flexible on that front. I had a fantastic potato soup once that included horseradish, it was strange- it reminded me so much of a steak dinner without actually being a steak dinner.
  9. I'll hazard a guess for true. Humans are a host to all sorts of friendly organisms! True or false? I can whistle a wide variety of classical melodies.
  10. Making vegan rice krispie squares with a friend. Covering them in chocolate, licking the spatula.
  11. I couldn't agree more. If there's one thing I've learned over and over in my short time here on earth, is that your situation is just as dire as you think it is. Despair breeds despair. Hope breeds hope. And it's up to you to pick which one you'll let flourish. To a large extent, it seems that the world you perceive is the world you live in. Fancy that! And much like MrNice here, I've decided to make an effort towards the hopeful side of things.
  12. You're never too old to skip down the street or roll down a hill or dance like a fool or sing in the shower.

    Oops

It wasn't planned. :) I think the best photos aren't.
  14. I trim. Shaving/waxing makes me feel decidedly unsexy!
  15. I wanted to be a horse, and also a lion. And a wizard. Perhaps all three at once?
  16. I second this. Tonks is awesome in every single way. Personally, I'm up for a threesome with her and Remus Lupin. Of all the fictional werewolves I know, he has got to be the sexiest.
  17. Played the tuba in high school. My current dream is to become skilled at the accordion- but alas, I haven't yet had the opportunity to try one out.
  18. Hair-pulling. That look of sweet desperation in a lover's eye when you take it really slow. PVC pants. Sweat!
  19. Cake and a giant pot of tea with an old friend!
