  1. I also have a love affair with trans fat, sweets, and don't even get me started on hamburgers, lol. But like you I've been trying hard to eat more healthy. The hardest part for me though is getting around the taste part cause I just find in a lot of cases when the fat goes so does the taste. I have found a couple of substitutes that work fairly well though, like ground turkey instead of beef in chilli. Or when you just have to have chocolate try the dark stuff, like the 70% coco chocolate. I've also been trying to eat more fish, which if your anything like me is a challenge. I have found though that smoked trout is amazing. I haven't tried veggie burgers but I have heard that there are some that some are almost like the real thing. For snacking on try unsalted roasted almonds, or frozen yogurt instead of ice cream. I have also tried a few recipes from the diabetic cook book and some of them are really good, one of my favourites is the pasta sauce, although I have to admit that I usually sneak in some extra chili flakes to heat it up a bit, lol. Hope some of those suggestions prove helpful :)
  2. Good luck Spud. Hope everything works out for the best.
  3. How about Olivia Wilde? I've always thought she has gorgeous eyes :)

  6. Nestea tropical blend ice tea. It's more of lemon lime flavour than your standard lemon ice tea. I tend to drink this all year round, but every time I do drink it it reminds me of summer time :) As a kid though I used to get slushies all the time from my neighbourhood convenience store and those were awesome!
  7. Sorry to hear about what happened Sophia, I hope the doctors get you all patched up and you feel better soon :)
  8. I agree with a lot the guys here when I say as long as your honest about what's available there should be no issue, and like you said it gives you a chance to have fun and be creative. GH26 mentioned that you can always do a lingerie show, massage, or some mutual pleasuring. But also if you like dancing you could always do a bit of strip tease or cabaret type act. If you have access to a pole there is always some pole dancing, lol. And than there is always the more social options too, like dinner and dancing out on the town or something similar. If your both having fun I don't see how anyone could loose in that situation :)
  9. Happy Birthday Jessica! Hope you have a great day :)
  10. I have to second this thought. There is just something so sexy about a woman in sheer stockings. I have always been a bit of a leg man and for me stockings/nylons just seems to amp it up for me. That being said women are sexy regardless of what they are or aren't ;) wearing, but for me stockings along with a bit of teasing just amps it up for me :)
  11. Would I get involved with someone who had been an SP, absolutely. We fall for the person, not their sexual history or whatever else they had done. For me as long as they were honest with me about it I wouldn't have a problem it. I've known one or two women in the past that I would love to have been involved with, and although none were previously SP's they did have some colourful backgrounds and I can honestly say my thoughts were so what. I liked them for who they were. If anything in some ways it would be a huge plus to date someone who had been an SP because they have that experience and I could just imagine how interesting as a person that would make them. As to the question of could I date someone who was a SP or someone who I had seen as a SP that's where it gets complicated. Like Mikeboy I have to say this is totally my own hookup. The ladies I've talked to here on cerb and met in person are all wonderful and amazing people who I know would make great partners in crime :) To be honest I'm just not sure how well I could handle her seeing clients while we were in a relationship, or just in general if I could be a big enough man about it. That being said if I met someone I really felt a strong connection with and they felt the same way I would hope that I could get past my own hangups.
  12. Well aside from helping Peachy set up her naked community...;) If I won the lottery I'd do what most of the others here stated in that I'd pay off my debts and those of my family and my friends, buy a nice car, do some travelling, buy a nice place for myself, and maybe even a cottage on a lake somewhere. I'd probably also donate a fair amount to heart and stroke, cancer, the local spca, and a few other causes close to my heart.
  13. Getting into the St. Lawrence River for a swim. Just being able to float with waves enjoying the clear blue sky. And than after a good swim I love to just sit in the park and enjoy the sights and the sounds down by the river. Wish it was summer all year round :)
  14. I could see some sexy catsuits being considered beautiful lingerie...especially some like these :) http://www.yandy.com/Catwoman-Costumes.php
  15. Can I have a girl in one of each of these outfits ;) Sometimes I think this can be beautiful too. But I definitely still have an eye for the naughtier stuff :)
  16. Congrats Angela on an amazing milestone. I always enjoy your posts and looking forward to many more here on cerb :)
  17. I have to admit that I was sad to here this news. I can remember watching reruns of the Andy Griffith show when I was kid. I always got a chuckle out of Andy's deputy, Barney Fife (played by Don Knotts). I never really watched Matlock but I do remember all the fun the Simpson's had with Matlock and how it was always playing in Gram-pa Simpson's nursing home. And who can forget that Ron Howard got his whole career started on the Andy Griffith show. So for all the Andy Griffith fans thought I would dig up the opening theme song for his show. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lli9ABUFZCU
  18. Call me sentimental but I do believe in love. I just have to look at my parents who have been married close to 40 years and can see they still love and care for each other deeply. Now I know in today's world that is a bit of a rarity but it is refreshing to see also. I guess to be honest I just couldn't see myself settling down with someone unless I really truly cared for them, although I'm still relatively young and who knows how I'll feel in 10 years but right now I'm in no rush. And as for things always working out well recent experience with people I know has kind of shown when things get really rough they don't always work out. I've seen two very messy divorces recently that I guess you could say have made me realize there can be a darker side to marriage, especially during a nasty divorce. But I've also seen other couples able to work things out as well. So I still hold out some hope.
  19. Growing up in Brockville my Canada day tradition was always to go to Riverfest with my family, catch a performance down at tunnel bay sitting in lawn chairs, and than watch the fireworks. Even though some of the music wasn't exactly my cup of tea I always enjoyed the atmosphere and loved watching the fireworks as a kid. I'll admit that having spent Canada Day on the hill one year that Ottawa's fireworks make Brockville's seem like a fire cracker in comparison. But I still love those summer evenings down by the river, and am kind of sad that Riverfest is no more :(
  20. To be honest I'm not sure if this is something that you really want to get into the middle of. As a friend I know your intentions are only the best but to be honest this really is something a person needs to sort out for himself. Having lost my virginity to a SP I can say with all honesty that I don't regret it and will always treasure the memory of our time together. At the same time though I had done my research, did a fair amount of soul searching, and contacted a particular sp I was interested in, albeit only the night before, to establish a connection. If you want to point your friend in the right direction though, and give him your support that is an entirely different matter. But I think he really needs to figure out for himself, if he decides to go this route, who he wants to see and get in touch with her. And like Emily said be honest about his situation and be polite. On another note sometimes I think we put to much pressure on ourselves for our first time. It is an important milestone in a person's life for sure but at the same time it doesn't always happen the way we expect it would. I feel fortunate in a lot of ways that I went the route I did as I couldn't have lost mine to a more wonderful lady. The one thing I definitely found though is it took a huge amount of pressure off my shoulders and I feel like now if I were to meet a woman I was interested in I could approach her feeling more comfortable with myself and not obsessing over sex. So I guess what I'm saying is just make sure to tell your friend to think this through and be there for support whatever he decides to do.
