  1. Anything done with love and kindness is memorable. We may not remember the specific person or events, but we remember that it happened with sincerity.

    Stunning. Absolutely beautiful.
  3. I have been told that CERB represents primarily the Ottawa area and the Maritimes. Nobody lives in Toronto, apparently. Additional Comments: I have been told that CERB represents primarily the Ottawa area and the Maritimes. Nobody lives in Toronto, apparently.
  4. I seem to be collecting a lot of green lingerie, heavily embroidered. Don't know why, just liked the style and fit. Great fun on St. Paddy's or with an Irish bf. I also annoy the heck out of lingerie salespeople for wearing the good stuff to the gym. Nobody sees it, it just feels good!
  5. Personally, I would like to see a hands up for those of us who are straight - clean and sober - not using. I like to go into a session making memories, with a clear head and and a head full of focus and attention. I don't think I am alone in that, either! Cheers, Ann
  6. I recently picked up unscented body lotion from Life Brand, specifically for massage. The formula might have started out unscented, but the base notes and some leaching from the plastic bottle made it dreadful - serious headbanger smells. Some Clarins tube type cosmetics do the same thing. One solution is to use up some, and then put in some regular water, and a few squirts of Febreze, shaking vigorously. In some cases it might take a couple of tries. The Febreze ingredient actually helps to adsorb and mask the odour. It leaves little behind. It isn't hypoallergenic, but so far there are no complaints.
  7. Actually, a 12-step member can in fact refuse to comment on what another member has said in the context of a meeting and anonymity. They may well be sanctioned for it, and they will undoubtedly consider the greater good AND their own fine posteriors in the process. But I have a qualified feeling that it happens rarely. I suppose that someone somewhere may try to enforce a confession, but a surprising number of 12-steppers include the judiciary, including a former Supreme Court justice (US), and they do not take their commitments to anonymity lightly. But we are not here to deliberate 12 steppers. Things get said when a man and a woman are together. Both parties are bound by covenant to remain discreet. My evil twin argues that it might - and I say might -be argued that a client is in fact a temporary spouse. In which case, what is said there, stays there. I am optimistic, because common sense dictates that the Canadian government has better things to do than eavesdrop on naughty boys and girls. That information such as this can destroy people, homes, families, and government. That we all have a right to happiness and peace of mind. Cheers!
  8. Terri-Jean Bedford is quoted as saying recently that the new laws will be in place shortly. I am not aware of our Government, in its infinite wisdom, testing out other models. Therefore I am inclined to think by implication that the Nordic model will be the direction they take. The point of Msses Bedford, Rabinovitch, and Scott's plea and passion is safety, not penalty.
  9. Does having a 15-minute session mean that an SP can't play it safe? Perhaps 15 minutes in the daytime might offer some protection, but how would an SP go about checking in with another provider, or other checks? Safetywise, are quarter hour quickies manageable? If an SP worked with existing clients, this would be simplified. But then, are you not comprimising your business with them? For example, if Client A is used to 30 minute sessions at (hypothetically) $100, and is now gets the steak without the sizzle at $60, is the SP not compromising $40 worth of business? In other words, businesswise, do 15-min sessions make sense?
  10. I am still new at this. I was testing a number of different venues for effectiveness, including Eros, Slixa, and BP (latter under a different name). A chap called me and chatted for about 20 minutes, having seen my ad on Eros. He then called the next day and chatted some more. He was going to be away in the following week, and then we could get together. Well next week rolls around and he's not only still around, but he demands to know why the BP gal has the same number as me! I mean, he didn't really CARE how I did business; it's just..... It took a moment to register. A total stranger, most likely a timewaster, is telling me MY business! Imagine being creepy enough to match up phone numbers off different sites! Get a life! This is one test with a surprise conclusion. I will not be repeating it!
  11. I have never tried a 15 minute session, and it is really not for me personally, God bless those who do But, setting everything else aside, @ $120/15 it's quite lucrative. And vaguely erotic/horny. It's just that it's probably horribly confusing! Who's end is what? What did you say your name was? No, that was an hour ago; did you bring Timmy's?:icon_cool:
  12. I mixed the entire soundtrack of Aja in today, and dern it if that music didn't steal the show! I really enjoy putting together compiled mixes for my clients. Cheers!
  13. My former teen has multiple disabilities, including autism. We are very fortunate to have our children.
  14. I love music to make love by. I loaded up music from my library onto an MP3 player. For those of us who are not getting any younger, Earth Wind and Fire is excellent. I can also pre-program music to the client's taste. A professor won't necessarily like Eminem, but Enya may be a good choice. Cheers, Ann
  15. Nahhhh - the Pizza Pizza link is fully automated. Don't get your stay ups in a knot! Believe it or not I got another one quite similar, but unfortunately Timmy's does not deliver! :icon_razz: Let's hope for a hat trick, and steer them into Happy Meals!
  16. Someone just sent me an email. All it said was, "menu/rates" ......so I sent a link to PizzaPizza.
  17. "hey is this Ann?" "who's calling please?" "this is Fred. Watcha doing this afternoon?" "I...." "Whereabouts are you? I'm coming in from XXXX" "Before I say that, what is your last name?" "I don't go there." "Sorry?" "No last names." "So when you saw my number, just above it, it says "Screening essential." "Oh, I have never been asked for screening." "I am curious. Why would you go with someone who won't screen?" .....and why are you calling a screener? I hate narcissists! Additional Comments: "hey is this Ann?" "who's calling please?" "this is Fred. 18. I can recall a few times getting on the subway where we were pushed together closely. Not a kleenex in sight, and I am asthmatic. Being around people can be dangerous! Dr T also mentioned that risk increases with exposure. The probability that BBBJ is a problem is greater with frequent flyers. Problem is, it just takes one. I have a suggestion that probably occurred to many of you. Asthmatics have no choice but to take risks, they are all around us. It really burns my posterior that even simple kissing is verboten! Keeping and staying healthy will reduce the possibility of infection. Eat and sleep well, and love yourself!
  19. I just got back from my doctor. He is a specialist. Even specialists can have different opinions, so do as you wish with this; I am just passing on the news; obviously this is very personal and up to you. Recievers are at greater risk of infection. If you have recent dental work, an infection, sore, or have brushed your teeth or used floss aggressively, the risk is greater. Apparently if you use mouth wash before and/or after, it reduces the risk. Hope this helps.
  20. Cinelli is right. Every few years, a superbug blows through, SARS. H1N1, even killer bees. And sometimes the WHO is wrong about just how big the pandemic really is. I pray for everyone that this one also gets blown out of proportion.
  21. Many of my contacts say they have never hired an escort before. They know nothing at all about screening. Maybe they think if they phone enough escorts, they will find one who doesn't screen at all!
  22. I am new here. I am reminded that this is an open forum. From what I have seen, there is a wide range of types and personalities on both sides. Conservative may work for one, raunchy with the other, and sometimes opposites attract! I find the "p" term revolting. While we are at it, as a new person, "hobbyist" is better suited to pimply teenage boys building model airplanes. "Provider" sounds like they're selling tv/internet bundles in the mall. Who dreams this stuff up, anyway?
  23. Germs have an interesting way of wrecking everybody's fun! :frown: Acts carry a degree of risk. On some websites, I've seen it measured. Maybe this new information will change this. What I am very nervous about are SP's being compelled to take that risk, whereas its voluntary for the client. There was a time when SP's were PSE and GFE. I can forsee a time where clients likewise can be defined as safes and riskys - two levels of business, if you will.
