  1. OD & qwerty - I gotta know who these two stunning beauties are...
  2. That's crazy!! I wonder how many hours it took (a) for him to have all the ink work done; and (b) how long it took them to put the dermablend on him...
  3. This ones for Isabella Gia since she's giving out so many hugs ;-)
  4. That has a real "Dear Penthouse" type of concept to it, lol....
  5. I'm getting off topic here, but the whole city is growing quite a bit since I first moved up here 10 years ago. Last weekend I drove out Prince of Wales to go out to the 416 and there is all kinds of development happening out that way too. Back on topic - an East End group would be kind of neat, I know for the most part I stick to downtown & east end ads when I'm looking on here...
  6. Hey Isa, I realized that after I hit submit :-) Studying for a law mid-term exam tomorrow has me being critical of EVERYTHING ;-)
  7. My boss lives in Orleans & we work in the Alta Vista / Smyth area. Last Friday it took them over 1 hour to get into work because of traffic... and that was on Innes. Lately traffic in the east end seems to be worse; or that could be that I'm noticing it more as I just moved from the west end of the city to the east end...
  8. Another topic is going on this type of question.... http://www.cerb.ca/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=69088
  9. Given the current state of most things I'd actually argue that it would be pretty hard to do worse then we men have done. It would almost take an intentional act to screw things up any worse, lol. I must say Margaret Thatcher was great for the UK, but on the opposite end of the spectrum Kim Campbell was not so great for Canada - spent 132 days as PM and was the Minister of National Defence during the Somolia affair. I wouldn't mind seeing woman on top on things (pun intended!) and in control... :-)
  10. I totally agree with that. Rational or not I'm in the same boat as you. Up to this point in life I've been in totally monogamous relationships. It's what works for me (for the most part). But with that said I've been single for 3 years because of a monogamous relationship gone bad. That's actually why I've turned to SP's. I have a hard time keeping my emotions out of sex- traditionally in life once I have sex with a girl I get VERY emotionally attached. I wanted to void myself of that drama as I'm very busy with work and school right now. I think I'm hard wired to want to be monogamous, but I don't think there's anything wrong with relationships of other statuses. As long as there is honesty in the relationship(s) and everyone is happy, then I think it's a working relationship and there's nothing wrong with that...

    Looking sexy; as always! :-)
  12. I have to say as a first timer that Carley was simply amazing. She put me at ease both leading up to our date and during the date. She said all the right things at the right times and made it a very special time to remember. I can't say enough good things about Carley, my only regret in our meeting up is that I could was only able to spend 1 hour with her. I would've gladly spent the entire evening with her. This was definitely the definition of a perfect date!
  13. It's to give us the illusion that we have rights - just ask the Ottawa Police about their take on rights. They get to threaten to charge you with things you didn't even do (on voice mail at that) and when you lodge a complaint nothing happens. Sorry off topic on that. Trudeau may have given us a Charter of Rights and Freedoms; but less and less are we free with our rights. I could go on for hours in regards to how we, as Canadian Citizens, don't have basic rights anymore...but again most of my rant would not be on topic to this particular "Big Brother" issue...
  14. I agree; I'd like to know where you get your hair cute that there's all these cutie hair stylists, I get a simple buzz cut; but I'll go to a hair stylist for that!
  15. Thank you all - you've put me more at ease. Still nervous as heck (much like the jitters you get prior to a first date with that girl in accounting you've had a crush on for 2 years, lol) but feeling a bit more relaxed about everything. Additional Comments: And I'd give you rep points too Old Dog but apparently I've given you Rep points too recently and need to spread around more points first...
  16. I don't see how that scene is any more offensive then the tons of scenes in the show where Peter refers to women as objects rather than as an actual person. How many times has Peter said to Chris "Listen to what IT says" when talking about Lois...? Or the episode where Peter wants to sleep with Lois' mother because Lois sleeps with Bill Clinton... Or the constant insults that Stewie slings at his mother; I mean in reality I would never say ANY of those things to my mother - I have far too much respect for her. My point is that FG spends more time objectifying women then any other topic, so if I were to raise an issue with FG (and I'm actually an avid watcher, my job has given me a very black sense humour) I think it would be with that rather than any of the other issues. I take all of the insults with a grain of salt - if any of you out there are fans of Avenue Q... "Everybody is a little bit racist" (If you don't know Avenue Q, look that one up and "The Internet is for porn")
  17. This is for both hobbyists and SP's. So I've been lurking around here since late June/early July getting a feel for the CERB community. During that time I've been bounced all over Canada due to work - now I'm actually HOME for an extended period of time and have my first date tomorrow afternoon. The girl that I'm going to get to see is by far one of my favourite women to talk too on here; so I'd like to make the date as enjoyable for her as I'm imagining it will be for me. With that said, do any of you veterans out there have some good, solid advise for a complete newbie so that my date may enjoy my company as much as I'm going to enjoy hers. Thanks for any tips & suggestions.
  18. I was supposed to be at the social last week; but alas work forced me to leave the city the morning of the event :frown: Now I'm seeing talk of all the sexy/beautiful ladies of this site wearing sexy elf costumes... I think I might have to hurt my bosses if they send me away again for this social!
  19. *sigh* I got back to Ottawa on Wednesday night and called back away on Thursday morning and JUST got back home - although I couldn't make it due to work glad my ticket went to assisting in an awesome night - hopefully work doesn't take me away for the next one...
  20. I get back to Ottawa on 28 September from working away from home since early April - hopefully you can help bring me out of my bubble that night; I imagine I'll be very shy ;-) heh
  21. As to the first quote - that's exactly what police were set up for, to protect the state - not the people. Once I'm done moving I'll dig through my school stuff (I used to be a criminology student) and post some stuff. As for the RCMP; first I've read that but it wouldn't entirely surprise me.
  22. This is one of my favourite video's of the OPS officers being the oh so fine officer's that our tax dollars pay for... I can't count on two hands how many times I've gotten into verbal altercations with Officer's in this city about their professionalism (or lack there of)
  23. My big brown eyes and my smile is what I get comments for - so I'd have to say those would be my favourite body parts :-)
