Invest your time in researching them to make sure they are the right fit and invest your money in the time that they are putting forth for you. If you don't want to do it that way, maybe being on a 'professionals get paid for their time' site isn't the place for you to be. Great point. I did a personal trip recently as it's an area of the province I haven't spent much time and absolutely loved the area. It has historical charm and beautiful water front gardens/sitting areas.
