SP "airbnb" service

I am a landlord in the HRM and also use the lovely SP (not highly active but just learning about Lyla after Craigslist went under and for some degree do not trust leolist)

 

I was wondering if any SP were to have any interest in weekly Rental of furnished units in secure buildings for providing their discreet services.

 

I know incall SP usually have their own locations or hotel rentals but knowing it can be risky being a client as well as a SP

 

Just testing the waters to see if there is any interest!

    If I were you , I would maybe consult a lawyers or do research on your responsibilities as a landlord.

    If an SP is low key, you should be in the clear. But if she's not and it's known you actually invited her to use your unit for her activities, you could get yourself in hot water.

 

   Maybe someone here could shed some light on the subject. If not, you better ask for legal advices.

You have no worries there when renting these units its not your business to ask there's other than your providing a service   the space for  rent..

I think you should just treat this as any other airbnb situation, it shouldn't matter if your customer is an SP or not. They have guests over like any other non-SP customer would in a furnished airbnb rental space.

No, you are right. It wouldn't matter although I was also curious if a dancer pole, massage tables or other features would increase interest for an SP vs hotel options

One of the issues of airbnb's, are rules about guests. Most hosts have policies of no guests allowed. Cameras at the entrance capturing who comes and goes. One of the main reasons I dont use airbnb's.

I personally would not use a space specifically marketed to this. It feels icky. If it becomes known publicly, it's not longer discreet.

I agree just market it as a regular airbnb, and if providers feel it is a good ROI, they will return.

Thank you for your feedback @Meaghan McLeod. I completely understand keeping it safe for the SP (ie cameras, known location). I have an available unfurnished location in mind with no cameras and private entrance which had me thinking of ways to rent as the market has been very challenging. Definitely a concern I have from someone specifically offering their place for escorts to use. That said hopefully he's just looking to get his place booked more frequently than it is now. I guess there's risk with any Airbnb of them hiding a bunch of cameras around.only an issue if someone finds them.

Appreciate the perspective and completely understand providing a space is risky for anyone. With the rental market being very challenging (even with discounted rent to break even) looking to check interest to rent the space and as I do enjoy indulging in SP services; as Meaghan mentioned, another option besides hotels would be nice; just as any AirBnB can be questionable for cameras

LOL thanks Pamela, not insisting SPs rent it but visiting another city which had an AirBnB with a dancer pole included was a rare feature and had me thinking other ways to rent the space. Just brainstorming.

I can see the fetishism perspective lol Im prefer GFE, some PSE, Edging and nuru  :)
