For the question of when is busiest, I think that varies with the provider and what hours they keep. Nor would I want a client to disclose them. I understand you love your fan K-Girl ATF. However, its really important that you tone down your enthusiasm. Its like you dont understand how to be discreet. Stalking a parking lot to see who comes and goes? Like really? How do you know this "well known food Netwok chef" actually went to see her?
