Well my answer may be different with most as I am outcall only so I greet ladies first in a public place (usually outside the elevator) and also I don't wish my neighbors seeing me with a semi nude girl so I voted fully clothed (however mini skirts would be nice and I hate to see a girl in pants lol) otherwise my vote would have been lingerie.

For the incall encounters that I do have, what the lady wears depends on the lady and mood...dress, or lingerie or whatever else pops to mind (as long as the lady is ok with it)...but sometimes being surprised is good too.

But the most important is to be greeted with a smile, and the feeling she wants to be there with you

I am also very happy to see more and more cerbites/hobbyists are regarding their encounters with SPs as Dates as everyday passes. I remember when I brought up the idea of perceiving my encounters with dancers and escorts as Dates or rendezvous, I was criticized for having such perception by all sides only a year ago lol...

 

I wish I could stay on cerb longer to further my perception. I honestly love it all. Generally most natural for outcall is casual or girls next door look. I did have one lady visit me in an outcall in a hotel with card access. We met across the street and she was dressed in the 'look'. Highest of heels and very provocative. Was an awkward walk across the lobby of a 5 star hotel. One special lady has visited me a couple times in nice dresses and no panties. I find that deadly sexy. Have also had ladies arrive in an outcall and then go change into something not so street friendly. Very sexy too. Also had outcalls/incalls where shortly after arrival its shower time so we're all naked. At incalls generally I've seen lingerie. Which is always great. Have had a couple incalls where I was greeted naked. That's not so bad either. In all I don't have a real preference and like that each lady chooses and approaches her attire for her personality and the moment. Heck, I've never asked what she wanted me to wear. As long as this weekend my cowboy boots are ok. Hehe.
